Ok guys, this is what I did; a bit of a hybrid I guess!
Made a tomato sauce by frying off some onions, garlic and chilli and added tomato puree and tin of tomatoes. Fried off the chorizo gently and chucked that and the oil from it into the sauce. Chopped up some olives and added them then cubed and fried off the chicken breast and chucked that in. With about 5 minutes to go I added a tin of butter beans.
I also made some spanish potatoes. Cubed them up and coated them in a mixture of tomato puree, olive oil, smoked paprika, crushed garlic and salt and pepper. I put them on a tray and baked them for about 40 minutes.
Even though I say it myself, it was superb!!Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0 -

Those potatoes sound delish, might have to incorporate them somewhere into next weeks meal plan!Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

morning all,
these are some stores i have to use up,any ideas?
pasta
chorizo
mixed peppers
chickpeas
onion
how would i combine them into some sort of pasta dish, without any "sauce"?
do i just fry up and mix?:)0 -
I'd probably leave the chickpeas out and fry up and mix--maybe use some tumeric and lemon juice to season. If you wanted a sauce, you could go for a white sauce which would probably be very rich with chorizo, or a red sauce--in this case I'd probably simmer the peppers and onions in it and then add the chorizo near the end.0
