Cut a slit in the chicken breast and stuff it with the chorizo - bake them in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. In the meantime, make a sauce with some fried onion, tomato and cream and then serve that with the baked chicken/chorizo0

I make a chicken and chorizo pasta, using chicken BREASTS
.
Boil (75% cooked) and set aside pasta (any kind- I like tagliatelle with this!)
Basically chop chicken into pieces and brown (until nearly cooked), add chorizo (I prefer thin slices but you can use chunks), and gently 'brown'. To this add some passata/tin chopped toms, seasoning, paprika to taste, followed by the par cooked pasta, and a little chicken stock (or water), and let it all simmer together for about 5 mins (chicken cooked and pasta the way you like- I like al dente!). Voila.
Sorry no amounts given exactly- for two I would use about 150g pasta, 1-2 chicken breasts, as much chorizo as you can spare (yum), tin chopped toms or half jar passata! You can also add red pepper (chop quite small and add at the chicken browing stage). If you have no paprika, you could add mixed herbs or just do without!
Serve with crusty bread and salad, and a sprinkle of parmesan on top if you have!

(ETA another option, if you have risotto rice, would be chicken, chorizo, and pea- if you have any, risotto. Or you could make jambalaya- most of the recipes need rice, chicken, chorizo, some sort of veg such as pepper, sweetcorn, peas, but the rest can be interchangeable- google jambalaya!)Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

Stuff the breasts with chorizo & a cheese and bake.
chicken & choirzo pizza
I think the pasta meal suggested by OrkneyStar sounds lovely - actually mouth water!!
I like just chorizo in my pasta too.
If you just want to use the chicken how about cooking them and then adding sauce made of: coconut milk, chopped corriander, squeeze of lime and chilli to your taste, serve on bed of rice.0 -
Hi there
Looks like a paella would be the most obvious choice as chorizo is spanish, probably if the chorizo is thinly sliced you could streech it into topping for HM pizza - you may not need all the chicken either.
HM paella rocks

I think paella would be a good option. Ideally you would need the correct rice but any will give a reasonable result. Onions, peas, peppers, garlic, parsley, chicken/veg stock. Saffron perhaps (although I sometimes use turmeric just to get the colour and fool myself!)And if, you know, your history...0

I would suggest Jambalaya. This one is similar to what I usually make. It's great as quick and most ingredients can be substituted for whatever veg you have.

This was going to be my suggestion also. I normally add a little less water but then add two cans of tomotoes and some chilli - yumm!!
Enjoy
