Hi KittyKate,
There's an earlier thread on recipes using chorizo that should give you more ideas so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

PS. dronid - I know you off the London SE1 forum, don't I... only there I post under my real name
Gosh! What a small world it is! Always nice to be recognised. :j Oh well, let me know when you want some chorizo and broad beans!:D
I could make it better myself at home. All I need is a small aubergine...
I moved to Liverpool for a better life.
And goodness, it's turned out to be better and busier!0 -
I buy the Lidl chorizo and use it chopped up with grated cheese for a filling for pancakes or wraps, and I make a Jamie Oliver soup from "Jamie's Dinners" which has mainly chickpeas, chorizo and spinach in it and is delicious, although Jamie also says to put grated hard boiled egg in it, but when I did that noone liked the egg so now I leave it out.
I will have to try some of the other great ideas people have posted on here. I try not to buy too many of the chorizos though as DH and DS2 who is 3 both love it so much they end up scoffing the lot in sandwiches...DS2 often hopefully asks if he can have "boritho" for lunch (and once when I'd bought a Lidl salami he asked hopefully for a "slime" sandwich!!)0 -
I'll also vote for the jamie oliver soup - think its basically a tin of tomatoes with chicken stock, spinach, chickpeas and chorizo - its yum yum!MANAGED TO CLEAR A 3K OVERDRAFT IN ONE FRUGAL, SUPER CHARGED MONEY EARNING MONTH!:j

Some very tasty recipes, but I get the impression I'd be better with thighs!Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.0

Sorry, just checked and realised that most of the recipes use thighs! Did find this one with breast wrapped in chorizo though: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/7193/chorizo-chicken-with-chilli-wedgesLess is more0
