    The cold has gone but there's a tickly cough remaining. I expect the fact I could take a day's complete rest and have plenty of sun was instrumental. :) How about you? Yours seems to have started before mine and gone on longer. :(

    Still bunged up, coughing and sore mouth but better than yesterday so thats good :)
    Slept better too last night or maybe it was the dreams about Sean that have made me feel better :rotfl:

    Do you take vitamin C and zinc too? Lots of people seem to find it helpful.
