Well at least the illegal tiles can't get you while you're at your Mum's. :)

Hope it's going okay. How is her computer?

And please tell about the illegal tiles - I have to know! :D

    polystyrene tiles Miggy...

They let off poisonous toxic fumes if they catch alight...made illegal a few years ago...

Only discovered I think by the painter when I got the new bathroom about 4 years ago....

By which point the bath etc was in so I didn't say anything....

So yeah......DBS is saying she doesn't want to know me by her body language....barely talking to me. Not even a smile since she's been here. Just sat there playing on her iphone...lovely...talk about happy families....

Oh, I remember about polystyrene tiles now - think there are still some in Mum's house. They're horrible to remove aren't they?

Still, you should be okay so long as you don't have a fire.

Is it worse having a silent sister or one who niggles at you? It must be an exercise in forebearance when she's got an attitude like that (I would niggle at her because I can't leave well alone :D). However if she was constantly sniping then that might be worse.

How long till you get to go home? :)

I think silent is best :)....

If I challenge her she'll only have a strop - say I'm winding her up then like use a swear word at me and slam doors...

She's happy right now doing a jigsaw....worry worry....

And I've just checked out the e-cig forums and there's a group order on the 6th :j

    Can't wait...

You too Miss Shoes... and everybody:)

Gone all Christmassy now... been up in the loft hunting the elusive Christmas stockings (last year was a near-disaster as they went MISSING ). They turned up in the nick of time and later I stored them in a safe place.

This year, thankfully, the children don't seem bothered.

I did, however, find the kitchen for my dolls' house. Not sure what state it will be in, as it's been packed away as long as I can remember, but I shall have fun finding out.

The loft is going to have to go on the project list for the coming year. The past two winters have destroyed the plaster between the tiles and it's falling thick and fast. Desperately needs a clean up. Can't wait for spring... going into revamp and spring-cleaning mode.

Oh wait... I was going all Christmassy, better get that bit done first.

Stockings are the best bit of Christmas! Enjoy loft-exploring BUT get back to being Christmassy!
