Yep, No surprises there then.... having experienced first hand.. Very Poor Service, Non existent and arogant customer service.
I would rather burn floorboards than have this shower anywhere near my appliances.
However did receive some satisfaction by suing in court :j0 -

You expect a reply from the chief exec? Good luck with getting a reply never mind from the top don.0 -
I'd probably have to say BT for the simple fact that despite being the countries biggest telephone operator they have the most pathetic and ridiculous opening hours! :mad:0

Yep, me too - although I settled before it got as far as court. Although not before being passed around to 14 different people!
They 'installed' electric central heating in my flat (radiators + electric boiler). One radiator didn't turn up for several months after the others (ie it turned up after the winter  ) They damaged skirting boards, light fittings etc. I've lost track of the actual figures now, but I know that the system broke down or tripped the circuit at least 30 times in the first year. I also had to take over 50 hours off work to go home for their appointments to fix it (that's if they turned up of course  ) Their installation was shocking - it was only after their 11th repair visit that the engineer noticed that the wrong fuse had been used and that's why the circuit kept burning out. I wouldn't consider letting them in my home now - they make too many basic mistakes and I wouldn't risk my own safety.
I won't have any dealings with them at all now. When they call me at work trying to get our business account, I take great pleasure in telling them to sling their hook (with my bosses permission of course).0 -
Very disappointed not to see Cahoot listed due to their cavalier attitude to raising interest rates.0
