  • Yep, No surprises there then.... having experienced first hand.. Very Poor Service, Non existent and arogant customer service.
I would rather burn floorboards than have this shower anywhere near my appliances.
However did receive some satisfaction by suing in court :j
  • Ordered an outdoor activity set in may. It still has not arrived and they still cant give me a delivery date even though the have continued to advertise it with 35 day delivery.Chief executive Terry Dunny cant even be bothered to aknowledge my emails . On a possative note they have taken my money and put it in thier bank .

You expect a reply from the chief exec? Good luck with getting a reply never mind from the top don.
  • I'd probably have to say BT for the simple fact that despite being the countries biggest telephone operator they have the most pathetic and ridiculous opening hours!

Sky are definitely the worst ...their arrogance and total disregard for their customers is truly legendary
    Nice to save.

Yep, me too - although I settled before it got as far as court. Although not before being passed around to 14 different people!

They 'installed' electric central heating in my flat (radiators + electric boiler). One radiator didn't turn up for several months after the others (ie it turned up after the winter  ) They damaged skirting boards, light fittings etc. I've lost track of the actual figures now, but I know that the system broke down or tripped the circuit at least 30 times in the first year. I also had to take over 50 hours off work to go home for their appointments to fix it (that's if they turned up of course  ) Their installation was shocking - it was only after their 11th repair visit that the engineer noticed that the wrong fuse had been used and that's why the circuit kept burning out. I wouldn't consider letting them in my home now - they make too many basic mistakes and I wouldn't risk my own safety.

I won't have any dealings with them at all now. When they call me at work trying to get our business account, I take great pleasure in telling them to sling their hook (with my bosses permission of course).
  • Very disappointed not to see Cahoot listed due to their cavalier attitude to raising interest rates.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker

I couldn't agree with you more. As someone who works for this fast sinking ship I am disgusted by the way they are making people redundant and forcing them into new jobs with worse terms and conditions And getting away with it because we are no longer on the stockmarket. They are cutting lots of hours out of stores and we(staff) are just being told to get on with it.I work in a store which DID run well and had happy staff and customers.Somerfield RIP

Co-op is owned and run by the public

so should be left out of the list

imho as the devestation it causes is in the name British Petroleum then BP is the worst role model for corporate Britain.

woolworths is british the american is a different company - there is no connection
