do you not realise some people might be worse of because of this either bringing bad memorys back, and to get to a half decent state of mind you have to be ready to even go there in the 1st place

What do you think gave me PTSD?

    Or clincal depression?

It wasnt anything fun and thats why it took years of help to bring me to where I am now.

Exactly! Asking for any form of help isn't easy either. When I had my breakdown this year, I actually denied that anything was wrong. Yet, had at least 5 people (including a care worker and GP) say the opposite to me.

Not all therapies involve talking about past events; you need to find something that suits you better.

Most of us have bogey men of some sort lurking in the shadows. You have to find some way of dealing with it, you can't just let it fester.

And how exactly does that work if you have no idea what's causing the depression?

Use your DLA money to pay a therapist to find out why.

You are trying to validate your PTSD and in doing so you are trying to minimise everyone elses claim, dosnt everyone take the easy A levels that require no intelligence or study?

Please stop belittling other peoples' disabilities. It makes you look like one very sad individual.
