It wasnt anything fun and thats why it took years of help to bring me to where I am now.Exactly! Asking for any form of help isn't easy either. When I had my breakdown this year, I actually denied that anything was wrong. Yet, had at least 5 people (including a care worker and GP) say the opposite to me.0 -
