Are we suggesting here ( sorry feeling a little slow on the uptake today) that IRD homes, sunhil sunny shown and the rest of the merry gang, may have agreed a boundary wall and gates that has had the planning permission turned down?
Shurely Shome Mistake! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Dear oh dear indeed
I wonder if "suns going down" has informed planning
Am i right in thinking that planning can force someone to put back the proeprty the way it was if planning permission has not been agreed?
Wondr how much that will cost Sunil IRD HOMES DHOWN:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

if i recall yes, it can be knocked down! there are thousands of houses in spain (arguably slightly differnt laws) which are going to be knocked down as the builders never got planning permission for them! whoops!!!!!!!!0 -
A Sunday bump: - just in case anyone is flicking through properties today. Read this thread before renting from IRD Homes:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

I lived at Magnum house in Kingston, it was the worst experience ever, nothing worked!!!!
My flat was disgusting when I moved in,I called Ird's office and some woman who couldn't speak English with a bad attitude claimed it had been professionally cleaned.
The locks were broken on the back entrance to the car park where gangs were loitering at night, the communal areas were filthy, stairway lights had gone so it was completely dark and scary at night.
It didn't help that there was a lanky homeless man who was hovering around the building a few a nights a week, which was terrifying.
There is plenty more to mention but the list will go on forever.
I had been threatend with a rent increase, and if did not pay they would serve me notice. The contract I had signed was ridiculous, they would not let me proof read it before coming to the office 7 Sloane Court in Isleworth. As I had already paid my deposit I was left in a position where I had no choice but to sign it and move in.
I don't know if it was SUNIL DHOWN, but whilst I was at the office I saw a rather disturbing character dressed in a tracksuit shouting and swearing at people in the room next door.
I am TRYING to get my deposit back but no one evers answer the phone in that office, I left the place clean and always paid my rent on time!!!
They are USELESS PEOPLE!!!! I wish I had read this forum as well as the others posted on other websites before putting my deposit down!!
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PROPERTIES AND COMPANY, THEY WILL ONLY RIP YOU OFF!!!:eek:0 -
Hi Anna!
Do you mean you did give a deposit for your place in Manum house but you havent had it back?
Was it lodged in any of the deposit schemes? If so which one? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Thats right I haven't got it back, it wasn't in the tenancy deposit scheme.
I call them every week but they don't answer the calls or on the rare occasion they do, they tell me someone will call me back.:(0
