Hey guys,
I'm a Landlord and I'm looking for someone to manage my property. I've found this wonderful company called IRD Homes:
http://irdhomes.co.uk/landlordservices.html
I'm thinking of choosing Option D. IRD Homes-EXCLUSIVE Mortgage Protection Plan Service because it sounds so wonderful. In the terms option D doesn't have any details but as you're all testimony to what a wonderful person Sunil Dhown really is and the praise heaped upon IRD Homes that I trust them 100%.The man without a signature.0 -

So 63 hours a week for 52 weeks divided by 12 months is 273 hours a month. At £1500.00 per month that is £5.49 per hour. I think you will find Mr Sunhil Dhown that that is under the minimum wage.
Why does this not surprise me
PS Sorry - I've been moving house so I havent been on for 2 days to keep the thread bumped - and yes I am renting but definitely not with IRD Homes. Sadly they don't operate in my areaDon't Panic - and carry a towel

i lke the way IRD manage "petty tenant claims".
not having a working washing machine when you pay for it is simply petty
having a broken lock on the front door and having drug users adn rough sleepers living in an electric cupboard PETTY
these moaning tenants eh- what an inconvenience!!!
Im sure the local authority is finding all this really interesting! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I'm sorry I would like to apologise for this, expecting maintenance on the property I was renting, must have been living in a dream world. I've woken up now and realised that I was asking far to much and was lucky to have a roof and walls for what I was paying!

Sunil Dhown and Kamni Dhown (or Miss Kamni as she is now know) of IRD Homes run the above restaurant (Indu's Indian Kitchen) and as they have the highest standards in the world (as IRD Homes demonstrates) we can be assured of a good working and dining experience.
They are kind enough to offer their new employee a 63 hour per week contract. That in no way breaks the Working Time Directive, they're so generous.
i wonder what the bonus is?0 -
And would you look at that! In the planning application it gives IRD homes registered address at Great West Road Brentford TW8 9DF
