    I googled

    IRD Homes

    Sunhil Dhown

and, first of all, was the link . . .
    www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1209724

perhaps the site has relevant information.
  • If you google IRD Homes though most of the links that are not specifically for property do seem to end up leading to here.

At this time of year many students will be looking for accomodation in the university town of their choice. They may tempted by

    IRD Homes or

    Mr Sunhil Dhown

before they decide on any property/landlord they would do well to check out any forums or threads that are relevant.
    regards

This is great advice. You should always investigate the options.

Just goes to show that students are on the ball.

IRD Homes run by Sunhil Dhown should be really pleased with all this free publicity.

Remind me again, where do they have offices?

Companies Houses has these data... entirely free & public information

    ISLEWORTH
    MIDDLESEX
    TW7 4JU

    Status: Active

In my experience overdue accounts are an indication of..
    . Incompetence
    . Fraud/something dodgy
. the untimely death of all Directors

.. I'm sure there's another, entirely innocent, reason in this case & that IRD Homes (London) Limited are pure as the driven snow. Aye, Right as they say in Scotland... (2 positives must be good eh??)
    .
