Yes, it gets better at around six, then markedly worse at about 13. :D

come, come now! - we'll have no talk of poo - this is a local thread about local IRD Homes after all, and there is surely no link between IRD Homes and poo!

Back to the precious things of the thread - Sunil Dhown and the Homes known as IRD.

Beware all you potential tennants out there, that you fully research the internet if you are thinking of IRD Homes. (And we do a lot).

a weekend is near at hand and, as we gather together around the family hearth, let us remember those tenants of IRD Homes that should be in out thoughts. Let us wish them all well, together with all those involved in providing them with the small pleasant comforts in life, the well maintained properties, the polite and curtious help-lines, the reasonable rents, the urine free lifts and the idillic landscaped environments.

Lets also spare a thought for all those young uns leaving the family homes this weekend to move to thier university towns where they will mature into intelligent adults ( hopefully)

lets also hope they are all housed in wonderful safe environments where the price they see is the price they pay

    Bless em
