Just for a moment, can we actually take a breath from the bustle of this thread. just sit quietly, and contemplate this single sentence.6. Homeless people are still sleeping and taking drugs in the elevator corridors. Also, still use the electrical cabins to sleep.
Just think, what must that actually be like. As a lone female coming home after dark I would feel highly threatened. To know that there are people living rough and taking drugs in your building must be horrendously intimidating. In fact for anyone. Its just the PITS
I just feel so sorry for this person who has posted this from student room. All reports of dealing with this company seem to be the same depressing tale over and over.
It seems so incongruous, as of course, every report I have heard about IRD HOMES is exemplary, they sound really great. :S
Anyway, sounds like that student had a disappointing experience. Wonder if we wil find any other reports regarding CARDIFF FINSBURY PARK or other locations? Im sure they are a lot more upbeat having received excellent service from IRD HOMES:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I have had a life today , but I have thought of IRD a lot . Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

It can't have been a great week for A level students. With record numbers not getting a university place this year, there are thousands of young people missing out on a luxurious lifestyle and the chance of a blissful existance at KINGSTON, CARDIFF FINSBURY PARK or other locations.
Please take a moment to think about those young people.
I don't know if IRD homes could set up a student housing initiative for non students who want to pretend? You know, to make them feel like they are going to uni but without the obligatory 2 hours of lectures and studying a week.0 -
just googled
Mr Sunhil Dhown and IRD Homes
it seems there has been a lot of stuff about them on various threads. Well worth reading I'd say.0 -
oh! and did I mention that I'd googled
IRD Homes and
Sunny Dhown
and found lots of references to them on threads about Landlords and things. Dashed interesting boys.0 -
Ok , you've all thought about the this long enough now. Should this type of practise be allowed to continue? I feel it is our duty to keep this going just so everybody knows how wonderful IRD homes are - and where is everybody today - have you all got lives or something?:o
I had a life yesterday, but for a ferw hours I am back to retracting retractions.
Surely we should keep going until after clearing, because all these delightful new young students may be overjoyed by the thought of going to Cardiff, Kingston, Isleworth, Glasgow or others and may fall into the delightful hands of IRD Homes and Sunhil Dhown.Signaller, author, father, carer.0 -
Oh, don't stop now, people! How will I get my daily fix of IRD et al?0
-
I am still waiting for that civil damages claim to drop into my MSE PM inbox.
No demands to retract my comments on the retraction thread.
No offers to spend a few weeks at an IRD Homes property to "sample it"
I am in fact very slightly disappointed.Signaller, author, father, carer.0
