  • I am a first time poster and just want to say how much I enjoy having a wonderful fan club here on MSE. You are all lovely people and I would like to offer you all a 50% discount if you would like to dine in my wonderful Curry House.

We have there many different very lovely Ruby Murrays for you to choose from and our staff will also give you some hand-outs with details of special deals that we have on flats available through our most highly recommended letting agency IRD HOMES.

Our tenants are very happy chappys and we aim to please by taking no deposit because the rents we charge take care of that. No parking charges either.... just £100 a month for wear and tear on the car park floor...

Your rents is guaranteed to go up by no more than inflation, that is Zimbabwe inflation. You see how much a lovely letting agent like IRD HOMES go out of there way to help you lucky peeps. So please give me lots of thanks on my first post on MSE.

If you would also like to pay extra for a car parking space, they Sunhil Dhowns is your man - I think the company is called IRD Homes ;)

Fab, I can't stand getting parking facilities for free. I see free parking as essentially tarmac abuse. One should have to pay a fee for parking one's car in the space that is sold with the leasehold of a flat. After all, one doesn't own the freehold so shouldn't take liberties ;). I really can't see why some letting agents provide access to parking spaces for free. It encourages car use for one, which is detrimental to the environment. Sunny Dhown is surely a supporter of all things green? What a testament to himself and his business that he is so eco-aware. I take my hat off to him.

Do you think I might be able to rent here in the UK then? I was worried I would have to go to Germany or Switzerland or further to find a letting agent capable of investing my money so wisely in their business.

I want to have a meter put on my car door too, it is only right I pay to drive it aswell as park it.

I think I can guess who you are :D You are not the real Sunhil lets put it that way

Otherwise youd have asked me and all the other lovely ladies here for a conciliatory babycham or blue lagoon and a dance round the handbag at your very classy Krystalz Wine bar.

    I feel let down :(

But not as SEEMINGLY let down as some of the tenants WHO REPORT ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCES AT IRD HOMES.
    WITH KAROLINA
    SUNNY DHOWN
    RICHARD ELBY

AND THE GANG all crammed in at 7 sloane court :j

Exactly that TBS624, and I believe an aggressive letting agency would be the best people to go to.....
I wouldn't want to personally describe any LA as "aggressive", but it seems that some do see it as a virtue, to the extent that they use the adjective in their own property listings.

Would these properties be of interest to you, or pehaps these? It's just that if you click on the LA logo you'll see that they are clearly proud to state that they are, indeed, an "aggressive letting agency"

However, on of their company web pages ( now mysteriously Dhown) they did also mention their "youthful exuberance", so perhaps one leads to the other?

http://irdhomes.co.uk/tenants.html also highlighted the fact that the majority of the properties that they let out are also fully managed by them, which is useful to know.

Sadly, someone appears to have been taking a dustpan and brush to the recesses of t'internet, however it seems that the brush handle wasn't long enough to reach all archives.

Mr Sunil Dhown of IRD homes are a fantastic company unlike the company named above which are truly dreadful.

Mr Moonil Uhp of DIR Homes actions are not good and disgusting in the way they treat tennants.

Its been spelt a number of ways on his own official pages ( that are no more)

Not to defraud the exchequer or the HM revenue and customs I dont suppose more that people have made genuine errors when typing

Although, thanks to this retraction it will be the day hell freezes over that I would ever make the mistake of renting a flat in ISLEWORTH KINGSTON CARDIFF FINSBURY PARK from ANYONE OTHER than IRD HOMES
