    Just thinking about Letting Agents in Kingston (as you do) and I immediately thought of your company IRD Homes and their aggressive policies on rent rises.

    I'm now looking for a property of any size, anywhere in the UK (or possibly willing to travel further for the right letting agent/landlord).

    I'm just interested in something casual at first, with rent rises coming later when I'm settled into the place.

    Any ideas?!
