Blinking heck Lynz, there's some places within your budget available in tbs624's link. Why don't you have one of them and continue to inform us of how IRD homes are an aggressive letting agent.

    Hey Doozergirl

I cant seem to view the link IRD seems to have disappeared into the Ether :(

Shame, as you know there is nothing I love more than new build flats with stud walls, miniature kitchens and poor sound....

No offence to anyone who might live there etc but Sunny would have to pay ME to live in Isleworth or Finsbury park!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Morning All.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

    !
I think Doozer meant these links.....

...Would these properties be of interest to you, or pehaps these? It's just that if you click on the LA logo you'll see that they are clearly proud to state that they are, indeed, an "aggressive letting agency"..

..rather than this one, which is indeed dhown as far as your standard googling goes....

http://irdhomes.co.uk/tenants.html also highlighted the fact that the majority of the properties that they let out are also fully managed by them, which is useful to know.

..but can still be found in a dusty corner. No doubt the cleaner will be along soon, with that longer handled broom :)

Brilliant. Thanks to everyone for helping me out with the links in my absence. I'm really keen that Lynzpower has full opportunity to see what is available from IRD Homes so that she can make a full informed decision on which letting agent to choose to place her business with :D
