Irdhomes.co.uk is live. They have returned, Sunil Dhown is our saviour.0

Interesting, the 2007 achieve is back up too. Maybe the Way Back Machine only allows access to live websites.
My theory regarding why the website went down: The traffic driven to the website by this thread caused IRD Homes to reach their bandwidth limit with their provider. Instead of diverting precious money away from their 100% top notch management of property, Sunil Dhown (praise be upon him) sacrificed the website for the rest of the month. What a guy.0 -

It’s a shame that the current website doesn’t have the useful pages entitled “landlords”, "about us" and "testimonials", as the older version did. It's obviously important that Ts have the max info about any LA/LL
Not that the old testimonials page is much help - it merely has the strapline “what people say!” and the rest is blank . Or perhaps that is/was helpful?
IRD seem to struggle with memory though, or perhaps these are typos - the website states in different places:IRD Homes can draw on a wealth of 60 years plus experience in the lettings market.( I think they meant “ 60 plus years” or perhaps they really did mean 60 years worth of wealth, plus some letting experience?) Confused:undecided
Then there is:Our team, though has a combined experience in the Residential Letting and Management industry of some 50 years, andHaving now acquired a wealth of experience of some 20 years in the investment letting industry, andwe have experienced pretty much it all in various changing markets over the past 20 yearsThe old "LLs" page declared that IRD Homes focus would be:· A respectable tenant* just wondered whether that would line up with an early rent rise for the T? IRD did promise LLs that they would negotiate an increase in rent if Ts wished to renew and look to serve notice if necessary.
· Maximum achievable rent
· Nil void periods
· Income enhancement - Bi-annually and annually *
· IRD Homes flexibility on fee collection for the landlord if cashflow is challenged
They may however have changed their business methods......0 -
Welcome back.
Is it still Sunny who is 'in control' down in London? Or did I read somewhere that 70 year old (according to 192.com) Subash Chander Dhown is the director now (can't remember where I saw this)?:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -

Other pages can be accessed via that page. It seems they have kept the pages live but removed links from the main page.
http://irdhomes.co.uk/testimonials.html
Perhaps we can suggest testimonials that Sunil Dhown can include on that empty page. I'm sure it is just an oversight as no one has ever had a bad experience with IRD Homes.0 -
I wonder if they like to add this page to testimonial page!
That would be great, as we know everyone on this thread loves to rave about what a fantastic letting agent and property management co this is!
I think this song from Manchester Living Legend morrissey just sums up how we all feel on this thread towards you SUNHIL DHOWN SUNNY DOWNWe're really missing you
We're really missing you
Oh, and you've only just gone
Oh, well, you punched and fell
Then you felt embarrassed
My heart goes out to you
So I offered love
And it was not required
Oh, what else can I do ?
What else can I do ?
We're really missing you
We're really missing you
And you've only just gone
So, Sunny, send at least one thoughtful letter
My heart goes out to you
Tell us all how things are so much better
My heart, it left with you
What else can I do ?
Oh, they're not forgiving you
And you're not even wrong
Oh, with your jean belt wrapped around your arm
Oh, Sunny, my heart goes out to you
And with a needle pressed onto tight skin
Sunny, I cry when I see where it's taken you
Aah ...
I'm here, I won't move
Aah ...
I'm here, I won't move
Aah ...
I'm here, I will not move
