I'd have his photo taken with Sunhil Dhown as they hand the keys over. :rotfl:

Can you post it on here, then we can worship at the altar of Sunil Dhown properly:T

Checking out the restaurant its called Crystalz Wine Bar. ANyone fancy going down there to find Sunny?

Sounds clarsy. I like the way they've used a z instead of an s in Crystalz. Really clever, coz it sounds the same, don'it?

We have to be fair to Sunny here guys - the name CrystalZ was the property in its previous incarnation. It sounds like the place had a bit of a "rep" in the past, breach of license terms etc, but it apparently closed down in June 2008.

PP sought by owner for change of use to A3 and was advertised for let: around March this year seems to have been taken on by Sunny(and/or his crew) There is a Planning App for new signage , as well as for the outside area - in the name Indus Indian Kitchen

I am just interested, but has Sunhil Dhown or IRD Homes asked for the OP to retract the retraction yet and post a new retraction, retracting the comments others have made on this retraction thread.

Maybe we will all be threatened by solicitors to post retractions over comments in this retraction individually in a seperate sub-forum.

Oh boy.... I think I have had too much coffee.

    Coffee? Who are IDS Homes?;)

Do you know something we don't?

Has Iain Duncan Smith branched out in to property? Oh, whoops no, there *is* an IDS offering tenancies but there is no connection to IRD
    http://www.ids.org.uk/index.html

Just to be clear this thread is about IRD homes who have some quite nice looking properties available for let.
  • Bah! A blatant but not slanderous bump that went wrong..... I blame the coffee.

I have amended the post as appropriate and will point out that any organisations currently operating under the name IDS Homes are NOT related to this thread and I apologise for an inconvenience this may cause.

Quite how Iian Duncan Smith got dragged into this I am not of however and I will be asking my employed to send for the Drugs & Caffine-ohol nurses just in case.

There are no blatant bumps in this thread:grin:
  • I really fell like a pillock now, I wish I could just find a brick wall and bump my head against it, but the men in white suits ensure that wherever I am is padded at all times.

I have just come across this thread and think that Mr S Dhown and IRD and/or IRD letting sounds just perfect for my ds when he goes back to university later this year.

Could anyone kindly supply complete details and web links to this wonderful organisation so that we can start getting him a great new home, with parking, as soon as possible

    many thakns
    LBM-2003ish
    Owed £61k and £60ish mortgage
    2010 owe £00.00 and £20K mortgage:D
    2011 £9000 mortgage
  • Well it does depend on whether you want free parking or not, and whether you have colour co-ordinated bumpers or not.
