Never heard of them before this thread.

Just was looking for a home to rent and IRD Homes. However friends have said avoid like the plague. I looked on the internet and there are loads of bad new stories about the company. Is this true? The company is run by a Mr Sunil Dhown.
Are they the type of company to disappear with someone's money or are they viable?
As has been said earlier on in this thread, Sunil Dhown and IRD Homes are jolly nice people.
I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the above statement and it may or may not be entirely false.0 -

Oh good so Sunil Dhown IRD Homes aren't that company that fleece renters and have poor maintenance in the Isleworth and Kingston area. I just hate companies who do that especially ones who charge an extra hundred pound in rent a month for car parking. Any company like that I would say Do not rent from them.
I think it is highly effective basing IRD Homes in a flat nowadays.

IRD HOMES
Flat 7 Sloane Court,
28 The Grove,
Isleworth

Its good to see these flat based companies no longer have the stigma of looking like Cowboys and Rip Off Merchants.

IRD Homes. People who rip people off

I was thinking about setting up a fan page on Facebook as we have just so many people who love hearing about SUNNY DHOWN SUNHIL DHOWN
SUNIL DHOWN RICHARD ELBY KAROLINA and all the crew down at 7 sloane court whatever incarnation they turn into next:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
The rent has gone up, now available to rent for £1300 a month.

Sorry, I only just noticed this
Are we to presume then
that IRD homes and its new incarnation are to be based in a falt within this block of flats?
So if one was to be a tenant there, one might be tripping over Sunny Dhown on a daily basis? Borrowing a cup of sugar and keeping an eye on one another propertys? Would one be able to take in deliveries from internet retailers or even Ocado, would you as a tenant constantly be having your bell rung by the disgruntled tenants from other properties ( Im sure not)
Does 7 sloane court have planning permission to run a business from?
Im sure they do a I hear they would never dream of being anything other than 1000000% above board
Love from me x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
