the funds have reached the solicitors (e-mail confirming it this morning) EA called my BF at work, they are looking to exchange prob tomorrow, and complete for some point next week.... its all happening so quick now..... the storm after the calm LOL actually i think it was more dead than calm :rolleyes:

Well I'm just about to phone the solicitor to check that we are still set for completion tomorrow.

I'm so nervous. I've paid for all our carpets now and got them booked in for Saturday, picking up our fridge and freezer on Friday, the list goes on and on..........!

Everyone seems to be moving at about the same rate at the moment so it looks like celebrations all round!_party_
