Good job you had that shower!
Right I'll talk about it tonight and cross it through on the calendar too :) *starts to worry that I might actually have to run another marathon*

It is 15 months away, Sally, plenty of time to get your marathon mojo! And, be honest, you are probably running more now than you were when we were training for London!

Yes I am Hypno...well regularly running anyway, I was quite hit and miss for LM training! Although the thought of all those 15-20 mile training runs do fill me with dread  But yes plenty of time for marathon mojo...I have 2 half marathon's to do later in the year first

How much more weight are you going to loose, you are under your target weight now?

I'm not really worried about losing much more weight, but I do want to stay under 10 stone. I am 9st 12.5 so not much leeway for holiday pig outs/chocolate fest days/lazyarris weeks etc. So, if I could lose maybe another couple of lbs it would give me a bit of a buffer.

I have upped my points though to "maintenance" rather than "weight loss" as I think the running will do what it needs to do in terms of toning up and looking better which is really what I am after now rather than worrying too much about what the scales say.

I am doing a half at the end of August with Pania.....which is only 6 weeks away  Runchum is not running tomorrow so I really must get out there for a long, slow run......not sure how far I can manage....my furthest run/walk is 9.5 miles and my furthest "proper" run is 6.25 so I will just set off at a slow steady pace and see how far I get, and take it from there. Would hope to do about 8 miles maybe?
