Hiphouse, they don't go home yet - one goes on Thursday and the other on Sunday, so a while yet. They got off ok, and were looking forward to their day so hopefully when I pick them up at 8pm they will be nicely worn out.....

gally - it doesn't matter what size you start at.....if you are getting smaller and are becoming healthier in the process then that is good enough for me - and positive comments are always welcome....and I am sure there will be plenty more coming your way!

So, runchum had to cancel because she has pulled her back and can't get physio until Monday, but I went out on my own and put in a very fast (for me) 4 miles which surprised me somewhat, and as a result I am very hot, very sweaty, and very happy with it!

So all this fitness and reduced weight is obviously helping my running, and I am definitely motivated to continue

Yes, will def be having a bit of time to myself today - miuch needed!

Am currently waiting for autoglass to come and repair a chip in my car windscreen......desperately need to go and have a shower but know that as soon as I do the doorbell will go, so am sitting here smelly until I know the coast is clear! Otherwise, it could all be just too shockingly embarrassing for all concerned :eek:

Yep- would be best all round, as they are bound to call when you are in the shower It is the law of sod- just as it will probably be that you are waiting for them for at least 2 hours- being the law of sod in reverse operation. lol

Well, I am so smelly that I am even becoming offensive to myself......so shortly I will have to take the chance and dive in for the quickest shower on earth!
