Thanks Motom, I'm not 17
23 soon  But yeah I do realise meeting people off the internet is a bit "danger zone" I've spoken to him for about 6 years now, and speak to his daughter (she's 12) on his messenger too. I suppose because it's him/wife/child, it's not as freaky seeming, as if it was some random 30yo single guy if you know what I mean!
Oh and no he isnt some freaky pervert that was talking to 17yo girls! He was on a forum I was on :rotfl: I like his typical American neurosis, It's hillarious.0 -
Caz! I am so jealous! I want an espace! :rotfl:I'm bloody trading that heap in next year for one, I tell ya!
Amber had her induction at nursery and she starts tomorrow. Just form filling and she got to play. Remember I said they were moving? Well the new rooms are lovely. Its so clean and tidy looking (the old building was starting to look old) and they do have an outside area. In the old building they had a small grassy area that was all enclosed, here they have one of the college courtyards. It's still being done up but it's HUGE! Fenced in, has a huge shed for the toys, grass, trees, plants, a wooden gazebo! Very posh. And from September they will be getting hot meals at lunch time. Anyway, Amber loved it, didn't want to leave. And there is one other 'baby' who isn't walking yet, little bit younger and so he loved it that he had a friend to play with.0 -

I've been a naughty girl and agreed to buy a new car! I only got my fiesta in March but I want something bigger so am picking up a 07 reg Citroen Xsara Picasso tomorrow! Its got cruise control and parking sensors, 5 huge seats with loads of space so my boys won't be able to kick the back of my chair anymore. Although I'll be cursing myself when its time to clean it as I can bearly reach across the roof on the fiesta so its step ladders to clean a picasso. :rotfl:
Trust me to pick a place that someone lives (on here!) Change it to Bognor (i've no doubt someone lives there too)
Thanks re:scan
Nice new car eh? Enjoy and get someone else to clean it
Cazscoob has newish car too. What is it with new babies and cars at the momentI looked at the main one 'trip advisor' but it only gives you the option of reviewing a hotel or a resort - i went to neither.

Not sure it's relevant or has a review section, but has a messageboard. I know someone who uses a review site called dooyou (or similar) and may be worth reviewing on there?Buttonmoons wrote: »Thanks Motom, I'm not 1723 soon  But yeah I do realise meeting people off the internet is a bit "danger zone" I've spoken to him for about 6 years now, and speak to his daughter (she's 12) on his messenger too. Oooh how....young(that sounds pervy reading back, I meant I was gonna call you old then realised i'd only be insulting myself
)
Yeah, wasn't meant to be all stern, just it fills me fear this meeting off the internet, not for me, but i'm scared my girls will, although as far as I know they don't chat to people on the internet. The two that used facebook stopped using it.
Right off for an afternoon out whilst the sun is shining. Better take a healthy amount of money, i'm sure i'll need it0 -
The only product you can review via Dooyoo is the Bastage Camp originator's book, not BC itselfOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Could you not add the camp on Dooyoo? I'm pretty sure you can submit ideas of things you'd like to review.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

I suppose it is quite a scary thought, I'd not let Keira meet people off the internet, but it's a case of Do as I say not as I do on that one :rotfl: I've met people off the internet before and never met a weirdo, well there is my friend Gaz.....
But, I've spoken to them a loooooooooooooong time.
I guess going to California is fufilling a wish of mine to travel, and since having Keira I'm not going to get many oppurtunities, or afford it. But as I'd be staying at his and we'd be driving to these places and petrol is cheap (er) over there, It seems like I could get to see a lot of new places and new experiences that I'd never ordinallary get the chance too.
I've always wanted to see Mexico! Canada would be nice, so would Las vegas! I've spoken to him and his family for a long time, and the only thing weird about him is that he owns a chihuhua and gets manicures (but then he does live in the OC)

Landen has learnt how to keep his soother in... not how to put it back obviously but when hes got it in and is drifting he puts his arm in front of it to stop it falling..... its adorable to watch......
Have done the hoovering in front room, washed all the bottles, changed bed linen, put all the laundry away, put a wash on and have just written myself a list of things I'd like to get done this week. Am tempted to shove all the dogs soft toys into the wash as well. Trying to get it all bit fresher in the house for when we have to start closing the back door all day, atm we leave it open all day so dog can come and go but its starting to get chillier.....
Got a few bits to list on freecycle as well..
In the words of Murray Walkers it's all "Go, Go, Go"
Packed up two packages i need to send but I need DH on hand to carry one of them.... not looking forward to the postage costs on one of them....Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
I woke up at 2 and at 4 expecting him to be awake!!!
I remember the night Lily first slept through, i woke at 6am very confused. Then i !!!!!! myself and rushed to her crib:T Bruno....I thoroughly agree and also struggle to understand why some OH's don't help out. I'm really lucky coz my DH does loads, often without being asked. But he doesn;t take hints and was lying in at first while I was up through the night and up early with T. (partly coz he couldnt feed him obv) Now i ask what day he wants his lie in at the weekend and I have the other one. I feed T in bed then wake DH up and he brings him down while I have another hour or so. :j
I have a fab DH to, i only tend to have moans about him on here and never usually compliment him
He let me lay in until 10am this morning.
I do all of Lilys food and make her bottles but thats because i took that as my role and never showed him what to do.
I dont trust him to do it really :rotfl:
:rotfl: Lily just parped and frightened herself! Then she hit DH with her toy.
And last night i parped and she burst into laughter :rotfl:
We went to every shop in two areas of Portsmouth that sell DVDs and none of them had Dexter season 2
Then we went to sainsburys and they had season 3. But they also had a big sale!
So i have got Lily loads of next size up clothes and a coat for winter for £12 :money:
She loved the coat, i was showing each item of clothing to her and when i showed her the coat she grabbed it and put it on her face.
I assume she puts things on her face when she likes them0 -

It's a bit of a different situation between me and Marley now in terms of him participating - he doesn't have a choice now he's the SAHD! So he's "on duty" from 8am until 6pm weekdays, with me doing breakfast & bedtime. At the weekend, I take most of the baby responsibilities though he'd do more if I asked; in return, he does cooking & washing up etc.
I don't have a new car nor a baby on the way. Am I missing out?:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
