    Hello

Been to the Country Fair this afternoon, Katie when on the roundabout swings which she loved and insisted on going on again before coming home.

I'm really proud of her as we didn't take the buggy and she spent 3 hours walking.

She was so cute during a display of owls flying, the handler kept shouting the bird and so did Katie.

I was 18 when I met DH, his mate and my best friend were seeing each other, so we were kind of thrown together. I wasn't sure at first as there is 13 years between us, plus he was the complete opposite of what I thought I wanted. It took about 4 weeks before I came round.
My friend is still with DH's mate too.
Proud to be dealing with my debts

  • DH and I were set up on a blind date when I was only 17 by my friend who was dating his friend! I was dragged into a club (over 18's) for the first time and introduced to this man who I couldn't see cos he was so tall and lights were in the wrong place! Hence to say we're still together a decade later, I feel so old now!!!

  • I'm want to ask about gender selection, advice, recommendations for books etc, I know it could be controversial with some people so am willing to start my own thread if people would prefer?

Claire there has been loads of talk about gender selection on here before, I think there was a recommended book floating around? Hold on I'll search and then edit my post when I've found it.

All I found was this, although in the PT 11 there's some talk of it :)

Also, does anyone want a Threadless coupon? $15 off $50. Code is >SEEUINSEPT< obviously not allowed on thid thread ;) and it expires midnight Sunday.

Plain flour, milk, egg just like pancake batter. Heat oil in a yorkshire/muffin tray and pour small amounts of mixture on to the hot oil.

Don't use self raising flour! You will end up with greasy balls of stodge.

I think Sami knows of a book - but, being helpful as ever, I can't remember what it was. :(

But i''m sure if Sami appears and searches her name, she'll tell you.
