Found this: New and existing customers can get up to 50 6" x 4" prints for 1p each at Snapfish, till Tues 3 Sept. New customers will also get 30 free prints. To grab the deal, simply got to the special 1p photo page, and once you're done uploading your pics, enter code >1PENCE2010 <at checkout. One print is usually 9p each so this'll save you up to £4. P&P is 99p.

Dont know if any of you use snapfish?

Another big night in the MDW house - Katie's in a full size single - my brother dropped my nephews old one off yesterday and I couldn't face it living in the hall until she grew out of her cot bed.

    Katie is most impressed.

Katie woke up with a runny nose and the sneezes at 1am, nose wipe a cuddle and back to bed. When she woke up this morning she was asking for her box, which had me confused until she said her red box - it contains an inhaler from when she had a wheezy chest earlier this year, I explained that she didn't need and she wasn't happy.

Her favourite game today has been not sneezing, meaning lots of watery eyes - I hope she's over it for the weekend.

Susan, I have a carrier bag full of hand knit jumpers and cardis that Aimee has grown out of if you wanted some for Alice?
That would be lovely but do you not want to keep them for Caitlyn?

I've been looking online for BLW receipes and i just cant find anything that requires minimal effort. I dont even know what most of the ingrediants are! lol.
I never understood all the complicated recipes for BLW. I just gave Alice what we were having if suitable. If not, I gave her veg sticks I'd previously cooked and frozen so they just needed a quick whizz in the microwave, cheese and fingers of bread. If we were having something like spaghetti bolognaise or chilli, I would dip the bread in it so that she got to try the taste. At breakfast I used to give her a spoon which had been dipped in my porridge until she was able to eat and then she started having her own bowl of it. The funniest recipe I saw was a very convoluted way of making mashed potato into a finger food.

Button - How long have you known internet friend? I would err on the side of caution, but that's my fatherly instinct kicking in and i'm guessing you aren't 17 or younger :D For all I know, all you ladies are all called Frank from Grimsby
Has nobody told you we're all builders called Dave?

Thanks Susan. We had a roast today so i gave her some carrot sticks and broccolli and she just kept throwing it on the floor or hitting it with her teether.

I put a bit of broccolli in her mouth and she sucked on it then kept throwing it away.

Dont think she was in a food mood today, she threw up loads of milk again :(

  • I'm off for an early night but just wanted to send my best wishes to MOTM and Lucy for tomorrow. I'm at a meeting all day but will check in tomorrow night.

SS/SJ- I have just ordered all my chutney ingredients to come tomorrow (while I am at work- OH will think I have gone mad when the order arrives) as well as a couple of jars of Smart Price cabbage and beetroot;). I'm also going to have a trawl through the fridge and cupboards to see if any jars of things can be finished off over the next few days.
