EA, what a silly woman! I'm sure Lily looks super cute in her clothes wherever you've bought them from. Sainsbury's has some really sweet stuff with owls on at the moment.
We haven't got any gates as yet, but if we stay here, we'll need one at the top of the stairs because the hallway is really narrow and a funny shape. I guess it depends on the style of house you have, but for peace of mind, it would probably be better to have a gate up.
Damn, I like owls. And we have a new Sainsburys that Ive not been to yet.0 -

Heya ladies OH half just came in after walking the dog and saying he wouldnt be long...that was 3 hours ago!!! He was over the road at our neighbours gossiping and having a beer or two, oh well I got a half hour nap and Ts dinner out of the way without him distracting her. Have had to take to sitting T with her back to the TV or she'll be more intrested in watching that, especially if there are pretty colours on the TV. Roll on having a big enough house I dont have to feed her in the lounge when OH is watching TV.
Done very little today other than digging thru the next size clothes to see what we have, which was apt with the convo about Asda and Sainsburys having some lovely clothes atmOH has week after next off and I plan on some stuff accisentally finding its way into our trolley while we are out and about.
EA - ignore that woman, she sounds very up herself and I bet she isnt all that.

As a matter of interest, how old were little ones before you had them in a bed and without a gate, i.e. theoretically they'd be capable of getting up in the night and running amok? Did anyone have trouble with that? We are unsure about getting babygate or not at the mo.
Hi Bruno
We never had a gate on the bedroom door with either boys(21mths & 2yrs when put into beds), we did have one at the top of the stairs because although they could use stairs I didn't want them falling down half asleep, Plus the stairgate was already there from when they were smaller;)
We never had a problem with them waking in the night causing trouble, though, maybe try him without....if he does get into the habit of waking in the middle of the night and wandering round then go out and get one:)
NEWSFLASH
I think I have succeeded with my bedtime training...T now goes down no problems between 7-8 depending when she has her last feed, I sometimes have to nip back in and re-dummy her once, but she then misses a feed and wakes 2-3ish gulps full bottle and goes straight back off without a peep until 6-7ish:T:T:T:T:T
This is the norm most nights, although the odd occasion she will have a restless night!!

Days like that are horrible:(
My boys have been so well behaved alll holidays, but the last few days they have begun getting silly/bored/argumentative, and a downright pain in the backside tbh.Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
