Aless I added 50g (1.8 oz) of parmesan to mine, they were lovely from the oven but did go a bit dense the following day I thought it was because I'd grated it too smal but maybe I was wrong?

    **rant alert**

Im very pee'd off now. The other day i posted on fb that i bought Lily some next size up stuff, and that girl replied asking if i got it from next. I said 'no i got it from Peacocks'
And now i've seen a convo on her fb saying that clothes from Asda & Peacocks are tacky

Total name snob. I got some next stuff off freecycle and it was really bobbly. Asda have some gorgeous things..I want everything from their Tigger range lol. I got a little winnie the pooh set from peacocks and it washed lovely.

    *hugs* SM

3 or anyone? can you recommend a nice restaurant in Liverpool? possible chinese as its DD1s fav ( maybe buffet type). We are taking her shopping and staying over on Monday night as a treat for doing well in her exams?

I'd recommend all of SS's suggestions. Or for buffet style there is the red hot buffet at the top of Liverpool one. It does Chinese, Indian, Mexican, noodle bar and the most fab little deserts. CAZ can recommend it too if she's lurking.

EA, what a silly woman! I'm sure Lily looks super cute in her clothes wherever you've bought them from. Sainsbury's has some really sweet stuff with owls on at the moment.

We haven't got any gates as yet, but if we stay here, we'll need one at the top of the stairs because the hallway is really narrow and a funny shape. I guess it depends on the style of house you have, but for peace of mind, it would probably be better to have a gate up.

My Mum, Dad and sis went to the Red Hot Buffet in Northampton and raved about it! I've made them promise to take me next time we go.

I've never been there, it sounds lovely.

:mad::mad: at my baby, who I love but who will be donated to the circus if she keeps on. She woke up about three minutes after Husband went out and refused to go back to sleep, wouldn't cuddle on my lap but whinged when not on my lap. Then she wandered off. She has been in the nappy bin again and spread its contents all over the living room, helpfully mixing it up with the laundry she pulled out of the washbox AND the clean clothes out of the drawer. She also turned the temperature on the washing machine cycle right up, let's hope there's no permanent damage there. All this while I was in the loo! For less than two minutes!!

She vaguely redeemed herself through the comedy value of using the grown-up washing basket as a walker and bringing it from the kitchen back to me just now. But I am sick of her fascination with emptying out the nappy bin and bewildered that wedging it between two shelves so I struggle to get it out didn't stop her.

Husband made me :rotfl: though. He went out earlier in a mysterious and important way as though he was going to bring me a surprise. He came home with ... a fancy mop :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

the Tai Pan slightly out of town (it's above a Chinese supermarket on the way towards Bootle and looks godawful but the food is amazing)
Is that the one with mirrored ceilings? In laws took us to a chinese buffet on one of my first visits, I noticed the ceiling and said to hubby "you can see right down my top from here" he looked up... And so did FIL  and then he realised what he'd done and looked down again very swiftly... :rotfl:
I thought we had made some progress on Keira's bedtime wee'ing, she woke up herself twice last night to go to the toilet but still managed to pee in her pull up. Is it okay that she is 4 and can't stay dry at night now? My sister was dry at 2 and a half?
I wouldn't worry too much. "they" say some children take as long as 7 to get dry at night... If she's waking up for wees then she's halfway there already :)

On the whole Aimee's fine at night time, but we still get the occasional accident (like last night...) which is why I won't get her the memory foam topper like mine that she wants lol...

As a matter of interest, how old were little ones before you had them in a bed and without a gate, i.e. theoretically they'd be capable of getting up in the night and running amok? Did anyone have trouble with that? We are unsure about getting babygate or not at the mo.
Aimee's wasn't there for long... Just long enough that I could trust her to go to bed and go to sleep without getting up and wandering around... It depends how often you have to go and put them back in their room I suppose...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
