  • I was going to suggest an emergency separate birth plan giving instructions in case you end up in hospital Susan but MDW got there before me.

I had a hell of a work phone call at 6.15pm this evening and I really need a drink :o Actually I really need a dozen drinks.

Have forgotten completely what else I was going to say.

Grr, wrote a post and lost it :(

This is my 2nd 'real' cycle since birth, so at the moment it is alot of guesswork.
Pre Lily is was 32 days and OV on day 18, simples *squeak* :rotfl:
Maybe the variability (and the long previous cycle) is just your body slowly getting back to normal?

I hope so, im thinking it will be another long cycle this month though.

    MFD, ((hugs))

I gave Lily a bath earlier and she was really having fun splashing anf kicking her legs about. I was even making her 'swim'.

So i think now is a good time to take her swimming, its clear she loves water. Hopefully the pool is nice and warm, as she likes very warm baths :p

Hammy and MDW - see you there! ;) The face of Mr G will not be priceless as you will be random people with children that just happen to come for a chat

GISI - :rotfl:Could you imagine if everyone turned up????

Susan - you never fail to amaze me. I wish I was half as organised as you are, if I wrote my birth plan this early on I'd have nothing to do when I went on Mat Leave!!

MFD - *Passes a huge glass of red & Box of chocs*

EA, could the fact you keep your thermometer under your pillow be a problem? I know mine has to be at room temperature before I start so yours might be a bit warm under the pillow.

Susan, I had in mine that I wanted an active birth so I was able to walk around loads and change positions when I wanted but actually I needed to be told to change position in the end as I was stalled in the kneeling position and moved to a birthing stool where Erin shot out lol.

    Hope your ok MFD

    Got to get packing!

Susan - maybe discuss it before hand re the options with a emergency c-section, in a way of what would my options be in an emergency situation.

I'm sure that if I'd known about them before I had Katie I might have been able to have one as I felt it was an urgent situation rather than emergency as it was all rather sedate, it was an hour between decision and delivery.
