  • I had some similar thoughts however if Susan is to continue as Beenie's support/independent witness then does she have a right to request not to have to deal with that particular housing officer?

I was trying to think how to make it fit and I think you have it there!

Perhaps something along the lines of:

Due to the ongoing and upsetting nature of this complaint it is highly likely that I will continue to provide support to Ms Cat and may be present for future meetings/visits. I would therefore request a different Housing Officer be allocated to the case to prevent any future prejudice.

    Or something!!

off to pick up Jack from creche - he's not eaten, hardly napped and been really whingey and had to be held all day. Not like my boy at all :(

Docs can't fit us in until 5.20pm which is a PITA so I'll take him home for some Mummy cuddles.

It looks nice in the pics! Apart from the decor  I'm not surprised you decorated!!
Did you have to get permission to do it?

There is nothing here in Fareham for us :( so we might go over your way a bit if nothing comes up. OH works at QA so it wouldnt be so bad for him, but I work here and would have to pay for travel :(

It does look nice doesn't it? Most of it is clever photography and well lighting.

Someone took it anyway so its off the market now :j

I celebrated by having a McDonalds and buying Lily this

:( Just see that they do it in pink, i got it in blue. Oh well, my boy can use it when i eventually have him :D

EDIT Susan did you say anything to the housing officer at the time?
    Thanks for the improvements.

No - I didn't say anything at the time because she said it as she was leaving the room, I was so shocked and I was concentrating on paying close attention to what she was doing/saying wrt the noise test and didn't want to create a big distraction in the middle of it.

should that say listening not listened?
I think I was writing "were listening" and then changed to "listened" but forgot to delete the "were".
