3 - you cant ask for a borrow on freecycle but u could ask for a car seat then reoffer it again afterwards.

She must be ignoring me then.
If she hasn't replied to you, there could be all sorts of reasons - it doesn't necessarily mean she's ignoring you.

Yes - that's the one. It's nice, and easy to get in and out of the car.
We still haven't got round to getting the other one yet because it's easy enough to take it out of my car and into MIL's on a Wednesday.
I suppose I could get the other one now, then our problem is solved.

Good thinking! It's worth a try I suppose - i mean you get people asking for cars and x-boxes, so a car seat is nothing really. :rotfl:

Mel I'm sure your daughter doesn't hate you.
V was back to front with her days and nights for the first couple of weeks. I'm not sure how we solved it, it's a long time ago. If you make day time noisy & brighter and night time dark and quiet she should soon get the idea.
Wait til she's 9, then she really will hate you sometimes. :(

I had a dream last night that I went to the Dr.s and discovered I was 29 weeks pregnant with a little boy. It was very freaky, I could see his feet poking through my belly. I was a little bit :( when I woke up and it wasn't real. :o

  • We've got two of those, one black one creamy coloured in my car and they are fine. Not as good as my bebe ones but for £37 absolutely fine.

Mel i wonder if having 3 boys has made the hormone rush/dive more intense, with her being a female species and all.. you know how hormonal us girls are at the best of times, T could have added to that?! She doesn't hate you, you dafty :p You just need some sleep.. When she's awake is she crying or just awake? Make sure you ask dh to sort her out tonight, and don't be stubborn just do it you'll feel better for it.
  • Morning all,

BIG HUGS to Mel. Things will start to settle down soon hun, you are the only thing she knows and she is probably just finding it hard to adjust. xx

We tried cows milk instead of goodnight milk last night and Benjamin was awake at 2.45am - we won't be doing that again for a while.

Today I have started a proper diet for the first time ever. This extra weight must go :( for the last couple of days we have had our digital photo frame on showing piccies of the last 4 1/2 years and it has made me really sad to see how shapely I used to be. Hubby is dieting with me so it should be a little easier.

Krystal, how is your nephew doing now?
He's doing really well ty :) The cancer is completely out of his lymph nodes and his tumour has shrunk an amazing amount... He's down to 3 weekly chemo (from weekly) but he's on that now until January and then they'll decide where to go from there...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
