Aww Mel I really hope you got some more sleep in the end last night. Lack of sleep is soooo horrible, I really hope ur ok.
T was exactly the same and I thought it was never gonna end. If you are breastfeeding, could you express some milk off and get DH to give a bottle lateish so that you could go to bed when ur other kids do and get some zzz's then. That was a lifesaver for me (not that I have got any other kids though) as I used to feed T about 7/8pm say, then go up to bed to sleep, then DH would do the bottle quite late and would only bring T up to me afterwards, sometimes asleep, sometimes wanting a top up off me, but at least I had already had a few hours so felt less hideous. Remember it wont be forever.
I was looking at a pic I took of myself in bed in the middle of the night with T on my shoulder, this was real early days and I look AWFUL!! Kinda glad I took it now though to remind myself of those times.
Well today I have got aquatots first thing, then lunch at a friends with another friend too and both their babies same age as T, so that will be nice, cheesecake for dessert, nom nom...Baby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
EA which is your house? I'm looking in that area and I dont want to come and see your sh!thole :rotfl:
BTW I'm not saying you dont clean, you said it was a hole the other day! I just realised how this read!!
:rotfl: Its this one link But its not those same colours, we have decoratedEA - bet those 11 days cant go fast enough! Bummer about the car boot too. Oh hows lilys dry skin doing?
Its doing alot better since the doctor gave us various eczema creams. She has learnt how to scratch though so keeps on scratching it
HV said we are not to tell her no, but instead distract her hands with toys etc.
Her steriod cream smells lush, as does my after sun. Infact i would eat my aftersun if it had the same taste as the smell :rotfl:
Lily has discovered she has legs! :j:j I always hold them up for her to see and touch, but today she started doing it on her own :j
This is how she fell asleep
We also found her on her front asleep when we woke up this morning:)0 -

Boo - give wee James a hug from us. :ACan someone let me know what the dealio is for heaton park for meeting spot all I know is cafe/lake -ness do we have something more specific?
If anyone wants to give me their number in case I get lost I would be most happy
Me too - also where is best to park for the drivers?, would the car park we want have a postcode for the sat-nav?
I could also do with the number of someone who knows where they're going. I've got SJ's. And SM's - if she's with Jillie we'll be ok.
I'mspending the day cleaning, in preparation for a visit from Queen Caz.I don't want her telling you all i'm a scruffy bint.
We have a slight problem - I haven't got a spare car seat for Erin.
Does anyone local-ish have one we could borrow, I could get it back to you Friday or Saturday.
I'm trying to think of which RL friend might have one, but most have older children and booster seats.
(Does anyone know if you're allowed to advertise on freecycle for a borrow?)
SB are you still ok for Thursday? Where and when to meet? I won't have V, it'll just be me, Caz & Erin.:beer:0 -
Aargh, I don't like this teething phase! Henry was awake and properly crying at 11 o'clock last night, and I have never known him so inconsolable. He also has a miserable cough which I am putting down to teething too. He slept in with us and did go through till about 5 in the end, but it was horrible to see him like that. I'm thinking of getting him an amber teething necklace. Can anyone recommend a seller?:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0
