Jillie, I have also been looking at trucks with bricks for Alex.
(Not that he can even crawl yet!)
Have found some John Crane ones. Joe used to have the V-tech walker and loved it. I am torn myself. But the wooden truck with bricks, brings back childhood memories of the one we had at grandmas house many years ago.0 -
OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
Stupid COW from the council just been to say they're closing the case down as "there is no noise" and if i think there is then it's "an acceptable" level.
I got angry and told her i'll be making a written complaint about her and the way she's handled it. And i will continue to complain.
I was shouting tbh but omfg i'm raging, i'm shaking!!!!!!!!! Tesco man was stood there and he sympathised with me lol.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
She said outright "we won't be doing anything if u keep complaining as there's nothing there".........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And then she went to tell next door they're closing the case so they're going to be worse than fking ever now :eek::eek:0 -
Have you written to the council to complain about the woman dealing with your case, Beenie? If you have I and they have done nothing about the complaint then I would contact your local MP, tbh, giving names and dates and stating that you have a witness to the woman's unprofessional behaviour. I am so grrrrr :mad: for you.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0

I don't get much chance to hoover these days as Elliot hates the hoover! So only usually once a week or so, and sweep up any bits inbetween if i can.
Oh Beenie so sorry, how useless is that woman :mad:Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
Beenie, that's rubbish - is there no-one you can appeal to?

Beenie huge hugs and i would be raging also! keep complaining and go above her, go to the MP, papers and anyone who will listen!!
my HV just turned up and my house is like a bombsitespoke to her for a while and she is phoning to get me an app ASAP to speak with someone. im not sure if i should be relieved or terrified that she thinks i need to speak to someone so quick?
going to head out for a while as i cannot get motivated to tidy up? dont even know where i will go lol! What's for you won't go past you0 -
Caz - I'm really pleased that the HV is getting you someone to speak to.
Don't worry about the house - it'll still be there when you feel more up to it - you don't want to see the state of mine at the moment; it's a right tip....Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'
