Maybe ask me again in a week..I'm still getting used to it - the clutch is much different to my old car - but I do like it so far
I've only ever driven the car I learnt in, plus my Mum's and the company car a few times each, then my old car, pretty much every day for five years. I was originally contemplating a bigger car but decided to be sensible to get what I could comfortably afford and just what I needed - five doors, air con (OH laughed at me when I said it was a *need*
), a bigger boot and it's also got more head room so I'm less likely to bump Rhys' head when I put him in his seat!
Going to Halfords on Saturday to see if the car seat we like fits, then getting that ASAP0 -
EA - glad you found a home for jools it's sad times tho
our dentist said to register T once her teeth come through.
Gym - we use a council po tho not for lessons as there's a waiting list! Were lucky there's 2 pools one lagoon that's kept over 30 and a teaching pool.
Popped to tesco for a few bits and I can neither confirm or deny going into elc and buying the happyland village!Baby :female: Tahlie Lois born 15/3/10 7lb 12 oz :heartpulsWorking on baby no2

Thanks Aless, the pics make me really sad too - he is so young and has had a fair bit of suffering what with his eczema, allergies and now the Pox..... it doesn't seem fair
However, I am not jealous about your new toy .... much .....

Went to the dentist earlier and had to have a filling, had it at 2pm and my lip is still numb
When did your babies see a dentist?
I signed Lily up and they said that they wont see her until she's 2 years old, but my blue book says 6mo :S
We've all got an appointment in a couple of weeks, last time jake had his she basically just had a quick look and counted the teeth, think its more to make them feel comfortable with the dentist, which can only be good cos i hate hate hate it!!!
Good luck with the move btw!! xSarah_Joanne wrote: »

My newly pregnant friend is gutted as Betsy was her baby name!
Tia- I agree it's a shame that she has to justify her decision but also a shame that she doesn't feel comfortable feeding in public, IMO. I think a 'glamourous' BFing celeb would be great.

Only thing i hate about the dentist is whenever im there i get a stupid excess of saliva and i feel like im choking
I try to swallow it without licking their finger

Big hugs for David.
Arnie, I'd probably ask her what she thinks rather than making any decisions on her behalf.
Aless, I'm glad you're having fun. Do you have any insights for plane travel? We're leaving tomorrow...Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Has Becles been back to tell us about James' leavers mass? all the yr6 mums at our school were in tears after their leavers assemblies the other day.
Sorry - never got back as I've been busy!
It was lovely. They all said some lovely prayers and they had a presentation of some trophies.
Tomorrow they are doing a leaving assembly with a slide show and talking about memories of primary school. More Kleenex needed!
Mass went on for ages so it was 10.45am before I set off for work. Dashed round and got all my calls done, collected Charlotte, took the dogs for a long walk, came home and did some jobs, cooked tea and then went to boot camp. I'm knackered now! Here I go again on my own....0 -
Hello all, I haven't been on for nearly a week so I'm not even attempting to catch up, sorry!
I saw Hammy's D has got the pox though, gentle non scratchy (((hugs))) for him.
Things are good here, Isla astounded me today by having a 2hr 35 min nap this afternoon :j I was lost for what to do, it felt strange without my shadow :rotfl: She's permanently sofa cruising at present and can't be left alone for two minutes.
Hope everyones well and babies are behavingBelly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0
