GISI he's a Leeds fan but there's no way I'd let Guy out in a Leeds kit, I think my dad would disown me :rotfl:

Gonna look through all our photos and see if I can come up with something nice. Really need to work out something to get him from me, I though a helicopter flight would be fun but I'm not sure it'd be all that picturesque over Leeds :p Then I thought maybe 30 little presents...but could only think of like 2 things, so that plan was scuppered!

Does anyone go to baby swimming at council run pools? I never realised they did them til I asked when we went earlier this week, and am keen to take Guy now but wondered if anyone knew what they were like?

So I totally killed the thread :P eBaying is not getting done, I'm browsing the t'interweb looking at fun presents :)

Just found out that OHs family have planned a birthday dinner...and not invited us!!! Err...yes, they're twins, it's both of their birthdays?! Nice or what. This is after being told his mum & step dad are too busy with architect meetings to make our wedding  Now I don't know what to tell OH, that they're having dinner and we're not invited, or should I just make alternative plans so he thinks it's us that can't make their dinner? I hate them sooooooo much.

I'd make alternative plans for the three of you, gymfiend. His family sound like nutter to be honest!

Gym - he's better shot of them, though it doesn't sound nice, what kind of people do that to their own son?!?
(loving the Guyzilla, by the way)
WM - Congrats on the Debs voucher, how nice...
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

They're such a-holes, I get so angry when they do things like this (not the first time) but equally can't bear to see OH upset by it all (he was heartbroken when they said they wouldn't be at the wedding) so feel stuck between a rock and a hard place as far as telling him goes. Nothing like kicking someone when they're down is there!!

Now my thinking is I should book a trip somewhere over the day before and after but don't know where, would like to go to London but not sure about taking Guy?

    I've also decided I want a giant keyboard - BIG style :D

Gym that's crazy. Personally I would tell DH if it were us but I can see how you'd want to keep it from him. I would definitely make some fab plans of your own though :) Your OH's family are so weird!

    PS That keyboard is amaaaaazing!!

Guy will be fine. Do you use a sling? I've heard its easier to get about with a sling or carrier for them than a buggy. But if its a buggy make sure its lightweight, even if it means buying an el cheapo for the day.

Screw his parents, they sound dead nice, I'd love to meet them  Luckily he has you and Guy so he's not missing out on anything.
