Lol EA, Aimee was forever doing that, especially on one corner by the front door... She's alright though... Bar no taste in shoes lol...

Bex, once she starts getting around you've had it...

    :rotfl:

They're not that bad! I wouldn't buy them for me, but still.. :p

OMG, I feel like like such a horrible mum :( I was giving Sophie a bath, and then went to pass her to OH for towelling duties, and she slipped and bumped her head  She cried for a bit, then had a feed, and is now snuggled into my shoulder.

She seems ok, but is there anything we should look out for? It happened about an hour ago.

The times they boys have had concisions, they have looked woozy instantly. The usual rule of thumb is a fall from any higher than their height and you should monitor them, so she should be ok. Watch out for sleepyness (extreme sleepyness when they wouldn't normally be sleepy), vomiting but mainly you can see in their eyes, they take on a glassy look, like they are dizzy.

If it makes you feel better, Amber survived nursery today and I went and dropped her against the car door when putting her in her seat, door was open and I dropped her so she fell forwards and banged her head on the window!

When she was a few weeks old DH opened a big wooden toy box thing when her baby chair was next too it, the lid slammed down on her head! Later that night he threw a DVD box at her too. They have tough heads.
Sami, I've never put an egg in my burgers and I've never had a problem with them breaking up :)

Took the girls shoe shopping today, that was a flipping trauma and a half!!! Aimee managed to wake Caitlyn up before it was our turn and by the time it was our turn she was screaming and wailing to be let out of the pushchair... Then the shoes Aimee loved didn't fit her properly and they didn't have the wider width fitting in so we had tears and tantrums over which shoes to choose with me threatening her with none if she carried on... She chose the plainest pair ever that's grieved me to spend £32 on! (but she likes them because they have a heel...) I also discovered from the website this afternoon, if she'd gone for the patent ones she (and I) liked originally (before her older cousin made a big deal out of them) they had dolls in the heels so she'd have been over the moon... Still... Lucked out there...

Oh, and there were no sale shoes in Caitlyn's size... I was totally sucked in by shiny red shoes... They charged me £2 less than the website says though...

Ooh, they have the name we're thinking about for a girl... I wonder if it's a sign lol...

The bad thing about the ones with stuff in the heel, is that they loose the stuff and end up with farty shoes. Michael is reading over my shoulder yelling 'Muuuuum! in a disgusted voice since its him with the farty shoes :p

I don't mind the farty shoes too much... They were shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiny shoes... I wanted her to have shiny shoes lol...

I just told her about the toys and she said "well should have told me to have the ones you wanted then" I just looked at her bemused...

    Question:
A member on ebay msg'd me asking if i would post to bulgaria.

I dont want to, so how do i say no in a nice way? And do i have to post if i say no but they still bid?

I do have my settings to exclude all locations.

I would ask on the ebay board, but i prefer you lot :D

I would just say no you dont as you cant track parcels overseas (just using recorded dellivery) and you arent willing to risk it

If they still bid you can cancel their bid

Can I have some advice re giving water inplace of night feed? T is waking at 4pm every night for a feed again. It's my own fault coz I was feeding him when he woke at that time with his poos as it was easier to get him down. Now he's poo free again at night but is in the habit of waking at that time.

How much cooled boiled water would you recommend giving him, and how much would be too much?

    Still nothing from MOTM?

Alice's second pair of shoes were very similar to those but black. I liked them so much I've kept them in Alice's memory box.

Gill, I would just offer him the cup and let him drink as much as he wants. You might find he doesn't want that much if it's not milk...

Caitlyn goes to bed with a cup of water and she'd drunk it all when we went to bed... I was going to fill it up but hubby decided we should stop her taking a cup to bed... It was him that got up at 3am when she woke for a drink and the cup was empty... Recon it'll be refilled tonight ;)

Thanks for this.....we're still on a bottle rather than a cup tho so I think he would just suck and suck till it was all gone! I might trying letting him suck my finger instead (sometimes works when he won't go back down) and see if that does the trick.

He's been in an awful mood today and is lying in his cot with a pet lip now so might not be the best night to try any of this unfortunately lol

Very quick post as a long day and we're all tired, will post more later or tomorrow - everything okay, but there are 2 little wrigglers inside. Not much more to say, other than the dates are alright and good blo0dy job we didn't get any kind of pushchair or anything!
