Ok...every so often we do the facebook thing...everyones welcome to add me "Laura Avon Derbyshire"...email address to add me is LaurasTeam@myavon.co.uk (I think anyway lol)...so if anyone gets stuck, particularly newbies, you can message me on there if you like - I know some people find facebook on their phone easier than the internet on their phone!
Hiya - done!
Along with my new address stamp, I have also joined the technological age and got a new mobile which I can get facebook on! And twitter!
Elliebee - facebook on mobile is 100% easier than on PC!! Hurrah!!!
and Aureol - I've mastered Twitter as well! Again on mobile - 100% easier!!
Blimey all this new knowledge and technology is making me feel quite dizzy!!0 -
Hi again all,
So, starting picking up stuff from my C13 today. Had the same thing as last time, I got a couple of decent orders from the first few houses then nothing. And then I stupidly decided not to knock for people's books that weren't left and to come back for them later as it looked like it was about to rain and I had my duaghter in the buggy. Which wouldn't have been a problem, but I didn't write in my book which ones I had to go back to - and now I can't remember who I collected from.
And I've just had an email from one of my customers from C12 - I delivered her goods yesterday and she ordered and paid for 2 brow sticks - but I only ordered one. Is my only option to apologise and get it in C13, which is 2 weeks away?0 -
guys i have a dilema i want to return some products but im aware that im away when the courier comes next- what do i do? Do i just have to wait till the time after that? Bit annoying if so as i'd like to get rid and get my money back0

Ive been told by my driver to leave returns in my "safe place" and he will take them, sign the form and leave my copy in the safe place along with delivery0 -
Hello
Well this will be my third campaign and apart from a few little problems things seem to be going well, I have met some really nice people (I have now realised that I need to leave more time for my order deliveries as some of my customers like to have a chat), only had to go back to one customer with their order who was out on delivery day and so far have only had a couple of grumpy people asking me not to leave brochures anymore (one called me this morning on my mobile). Have met some lovely cats and dogs (heaven) and the best bit is made myself some money and brought a few nice bits for me and hubbie. But I have to admit without this site and the advice from the people on here I would probably be banging my head against a wall by now as there were quite a few things I was not told when I signed up to become a rep so thankyou.:j0 -

Why not drop a note in to all the ones that didn't order with a little apology (say you had a little personal problem or something when collecting your books so you couldn't complete all your collections and/or just 'due to personal reasons' you couldn't collect everyone's books) and say if they had actually prepared an order for you then to let you know and you'll do your best to fulfill asap?
As for your 2nd prob, it's really not a good idea to take money before delivering goods...... but having said that, why not see if your SL can track you one? There may be someone else on her/his team, who's about to put an order in and/or someone on the team may have one in stock? Failing that, if you don't want to wait 2 weeks for your next delivery, you could put in an additional order but it will cost you £2.50 and you won't earn any commission.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

As Gempink says, prep your returns and apply for credit in the normal way. Leave them for your courier i.e. provided you've actually got a delivery due, and he should take away.
No need to pay for any goods you're returning; just apply for credit, deduct it off your account balance and pay the nett amount. If the goods are not received back by Avon within, I think, 60 days of you applying for the credit then they will be recharged to your account.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
