:D I've got no such excuse but do things like that all the time.

Have tried again - let me know if it works (or not!) ;)

PS they seem to work better if you download the original attachment rather than just viewing as HMTL - b*****s up the formatting otherwise!

    Please can I rant??

Since I joined Avon - months ago now my delivery has always arrived on the set day and date between 8.45am - 9am, promptly and never any different. That was until today!!!

Allotted time came and went, still no delivery. Ring Avon, they weren't very helpful and so I had to ask a neighbour to help me for 2 hours whilst I went out and leave a note on my door incase said driver turned up. I've now had to cancel appointments I had today because I don't know when the delivery will arrive, IF it arrives at all. There is no where secure for them to leave it and as we have a dog who we leave in the garden I don't want someone going into our garden we don't know.

I've delivered notes to everyone telling them their order will be with them tomorrow between 6.30 & 7.30pm and now I'm in a pickle incase it doesn't arrive at all!

Is it me or has this happened to anyone else recently??

Rant over, I'll climb off my soap box now!

I know :( I have an order for one and wanted one myself for my holiday in 2 weeks :( I did spot they were showing as in stock on the Avon website though so tried ordering one through that (I expect it was just not up to date though  I expect all of the best stuff in the sales will always be gone before the majority of us in the later mailplans get a look in :(

p.s. They are selling on Amazon for £40 !!!
    Everyone loves a bargain

Done my drop today and had a woman run away from me! She came out of her door as I went up to it with a book, I said hiya would you like to look at an avon book and she ran inside again literally. Im not that scary, I even had my baby in the pram with me. Very strange. I also had one of my regulars with another avon book outside her door and instead of puttiing mine through I just walked away. Hubby said thats just letting someone take over. So Im going to put one through her door later when I deliver my orders. She hasnt ordered this time though. Hopefully she hasnt already been pinched.

Not happened to me until it was a different driver and he got lost. We live on a new build estate and its not on sat navs (and no road name sign until recently!). A different driver can also decide to take a different route which makes more sense to him.

Depends on your courier and how friendly they are, but if you can get their details from Avon, you could ring them direct and find out what the story is.

I get away with ringing them the day before to check if its the regular driver delivering. If it is, it gives me an opportunity to say "Same sort of time?" and get an answer, if it is a different driver I have to give them directions and then have the opportunity to ask about timings.

I don't have a safe place either, and delivery usually arrives between 7:45 and 8:15am which is just before I have to leave for work so is ideal. I sympathise with you as I genuinely don't know what I'd do if my delivery didn't turn up on time as mostly people round by me work full time, like I do!!

Hi my delivery was different last time as the usual van driver was on hoilday and someone was covering. Probably the same for you and the cover driver doesnt know the route the normal one takes.
    hope this helps
