what colour browstick is it you need?

Blonde. I spoke to my SL this evening who said she doesn't have one, and although I asked her if she or any of her reps might have one in stock she ignored the bit about the reps! I think she's a very new SL though so presumably all her reps are new too.

Am going to apologise and offer either a refund or to wait for a couple of weeks, just gutted though as it was £3 in C11 (which she ordered from) and is now £5.50! :(

If it's any help, it reverts to £3 in C13

If C13 is not an option for you then in your position I'd actually come clean with your customer (I mean, come on, how many brow definers do you need?) Chances are she ordered two because it was on special offer. Have a little word with her, tell her you made a bit of an error but want to make sure she gets a good deal so rather than re-order in C12 it's better to wait until C13 and then you'll re-order it then. If my customers are anything to go by, not only will she be impressed with your honesty, but you'll also win her loyalty because you really are doing your best to look after her.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

BG - If it was me id order one off e-bay. They are about £2.50 plus postage. Its cheaper than paying the £5.50 and customer would only have to wait a day or two. Here is a link to one i found.

Hi, A, yes as usual did my own - will email you the file if you like. Also did another one for Mother's Day, which was bigger and had a lovely soppy quote re. Mothers.

Just got some brightly coloured card, printed off a sheet at a time, cut them up, punched a hole in and put some parcel tape through the hole so it stuck up out of the top of the book.
They sound good, so they write the address and then leave it back in the book? If my postcard doesnt work Il try that.

Actually never even thought about leaving space for them to put an address. Think that's a belting idea! :T Just did mine as an awareness type thing so customers would mention any referrals to me as/when I delivered their order.

Ahh I thought it was a card on a ribbon with space for an address that they then passed on to you. But what a fab idea we have created. :D
Typical now though that my printer is playing up now Im trying to do a note saying if they need longer they should let me know.

I got my camp 13 delivery today, there were no OOS items on the order form, I thought I was in for a good round for a change and then I realised they forgot to put an item in the box.:( I seemed to have phoned Avon every campaign so far!

Hi i'm one of the newbies from earlier post. Does anybody have an XL spreadsheet they use for orders and general admin that they wouldn't mind sending me the template for? My email is sarahjanehallam*btinternet*com replacing the stars with the obvious symbols.

I've got my books being delivered today and I'm really keen to get started! Any other initial canvassing ideas welcome although I have also read the tips given to Dizzybella. Got my free business cards via Vista print and got £5 cashback too (brill!). Does anyone else use cashback websites, my sis has just pocketed £120 using the regular shops she would buy from anyway (tesco, M+S etc). Let me know if you want me to refer you.

Sorry, slightly off topic...first campaign canvassing ideas and spreadsheets most appreciated x
