Does anyone know if there's any way of finding out the rough time my order will arrive? I know it's coming tommorow but don't know what time?

ah, it's a bit late now but your SL should have given you the number for your Courier Depot. You can call and they can give you an estimate, ie morning or afternoon, dependent on how your courier does his deliveries. Mine usually delivers about 9.30am - 10.00 but if it is the other driver, he delivers after 11am.

When he does deliver tomorrow, ask for the depot number as this is very useful. Also this would normally be the time he will deliver in future.

Guys wondering about the colortrend palettes.. on my invoice for camp 11 it says:

BROCHURES 11 TO 14

Please not that if you ordered a color trend eyeshadow palette in tempting twighlight or pastel passion from brochures 11 to 14 you will have recieved the shade you ordered but it will have a different name. This is due to the fact that the tempting twilight and pastel passion shade names were printed in the brochure next to the wrong colours. this error will be corrected with effect from brochure 15

So enter the code the customer had on the form and AVON will send the correct one to you! If you go by name when entering the order you will end up with the wrong one!

yes, you could put a note in, but they also need to order the glimmersticks to qualify. It has to be the code from the back of the book where the promotion is. If you get an order, that qualifies, call your customer and tell them, if they purchase a glimmerstick for £2, and the other 2 items in the next two campaigns as long as they spend the required amount, they will get the bathrobe free. See if they want to do that.

Does anyone have any idea what kind of free products they normally send for this kind of thing? Is it samples or actual items to sell? Do they send clearance stuff or current? Thanks in advance, really excited about getting some free stuff, even if it wont be until camp15 :j

Well, I did my first book collection. I had about 10 no answers, but a lot of books back, but only £52 of orders from 3 houses I'm waiting for one woman to ring me as she couldn't find her book, but that's it. I never expected to make my fortune but I hoped to at least make MOV. feel really down and wonder if it's worth it.

I personally have absolutely no idea! Maybe someone who has been selling Avon a lot longer will know!

Don't be disheartened! Get your books prepped and canvass the rest of your territory. Don't forget to carry an Avon book with you and ask everyone you meet if they buy Avon, have recently seen an Avon book, no obligation to buy, free to read... but they must give it back, as you only have limited books...;)

I should re-add to my signature, when I first started out, how I did on my first 3 campaigns! I think that would make you feel better!

It can only get better! You can only build on it! Ask all your friends, family if they would like to see a book, tell them if they can get one friend, family, work colleague to place an order for £10 or more, you will give them a free gift. A 99p shower gel from Hello Tomorrow magazine, is a lovely free gift and worth it for an extra £10 order you weren't expecting!
