Hopefully someone more experienced will be able to give me a hand here..
I've just put a 'replacement' in on the website and was wondering what happens next?
I'm sure somebody was offering to send a step by step guide to returns earlier in this thread, if anyone would be so kind as to send/forward it on that would be fab!
Thanks!
it was Rachelet who was offering the guide to Returns. I think you need to PM her with your email address, so she can email it to you.
If you requested an immediate replacement, it should be sent out within 5-7 days. If you requested a replacement, they will probably send it with your next order.
When you receive your next order, you must return the item you want replacing to avon. You need to prepare it for return. Depending on size, put in an avon box or a padded envelope, print off the returns form from your tracking account, put the avon copy with the item, put a barcode on the envelope or box, from the back of your invoices. When the courier comes, give him your copy to sign and keep this for your records, you will need it if there are any queries. Particularly the barcode.0 -

Thank you, Rachelet has kindly already been in touch to send me the info
I will do this as I just put my order in tonight and my delivery is next week. Only problem is I will already be at work when it arrives...usually the delivery man just leaves my order in the garage, do you think he could sign the slip and leave it with my order?
Thanks again!0 -

yes, leave him a note on your return to say it is a return, could he sign and leave the paperwork for you.
I have to leave mine behind my bins, as I don't have a safe place, and I leave a note in an envelope on my door for the courier, he posts the paperwork back through my letterbox for me.0 -
I have decided I'd definitely like to give it a go, even if I earn a little I think it will be worth it, hopefully I can get lots of good tips and advice here!
The sales leader I emailed has not got back to me so I applied through the website, hopefully I will still be able to sell avon without any problems?0 -

Hi chasing sunshine, why not order something for yourself or perhaps a couple of the lower price items or 99p offers so that you reach the HOV of £148 because at least then you'd get the higher commission rate. You could then use these items to give away as free gifts in the future.
I'm not entirely confident on the deal regarding HT as I always have to ask too but I'm sure one of the other ladies will be along soon to help.
I did think about that but it'd be an additional order now I think as the deadline for me was wednesday night. I dont mind paying the £2.50 for additional but would it still count toward the total order value?
I'm not sure where I went wrong as I'm sure the sub total showed £190+, it was only when I logged in yesterday it said my account balance was £141

Chasing Sunshine - Did you have any yellow dots when you placed your order? It could be the account balance is lower due to items being out of stock. Avon only invoice you when the items are in stock.
Good news for me. I placed an additional order for my friends order, but when I looked at the account balance it weas higher than expected. This morning I looked at the invoice and the Morgan bag that was out of stock two days earlier is now in stock and is being sent with my additional order instead of me having to wait for the next campaign.:jDD1 born May 2002, DD2 born Dec 2005, DS born Dec 2008. Ah yes! That sould be it! There were a couple of yellow dots. Not enough for £50 worth though but then I ordered a reps bag at £15 over 2 campaigns so maybe that added to it. I might go back and check it now.
Thanks for the info0
