Tinkerbellfairy wrote: »:huh:I have to return brochures that I ordered by mistake. Avon have already sent me the correct ones as an exchange so just have to return the other books now. I was trying to find a returns form but could not find anything under the brochure code so now I am wondering whether I need a returns form or not for brochures.
Has anyone done this before?
Thanks
If you have an e-mail from Avon agreeing to the exchange, print this out and put it in your box with the books you are returning. Goto your account, order tracking, and there you should see a returns form. This will have been generated by Avon. Print this off, and put this in the box, and keep your copy for the Courier to sign. You need to put a barcode from your returns form on top of the box, so that Avon can scan it so they know the returns are to be credited to your account.0 -
Hi guys I am new to avon i got 4 days to hand out books and get them back in the ASM gave me 10. I got no orders
any tips???
I havnt yet met with my ASM she posted me avon books through my door before i knew anything about it! Will she have any helpful tips?
Thanks :j
beccaa, personally? I would tell the ASM that you were told you are given 20 books for the first campaign when you first sign up and 20 for the second campaign. And that you would like to be signed up into the next campaign, not the current one, to allow you more time to canvass your territory and gain some orders. As you will have to pay £7.50 charge for your first order, you want to make some discount to pay this through!0 -

My ASM said she will meet up with me on Thurs or Fri to sign me up...she keeps turning up at my house un announced when i'm not in and annoying my mum and dad!!! Seems like a bit of hassle to be honest.0 -

They have processed as an order correction and so there is no returns form to print out. May just print the invoice which says exchange on it and put in the box like you suggested.

How can i get hold of some? Many thanks,Jen
page 103, C15. any 3 for £10, so your customer can order 3 for £10, saving £11! :j
page 98, C14, £2.50, so 3 x £2.50 = £7.50! :j0 -

Do you want to do Avon? If so, call this ASM and tell her not to turn up when you have not arranged to meet, as it is upsetting your Mum and Dad.
So you haven't actually been signed up yet.... so you're canvassing for fun really. Like a taster to see what you think of it before officially signing up.
When your ASM actually signs you up, by going through the Avon book and explaining all the costs, charges, etc, she should give you 20 books for your first campaign and 20 for your second campaign.0 -

yes, print that out and put it in your box. And do you have a returns book?
If so, complete it with returning incorrect books and make sure you get courier to sign to say he has taken the box from you. And make sure you put a barcode on the top of the box on the outside, and keep a record of the barcode number.0 -
yeah i would like to do it. Was just a bit annoying I was given four days ten books and expected to get over £78!
Would have like to known a bit more about it before she expected me to canvass. how long do you leave your brocures with customers?0 -

You haven't been officially signed up yet, so you don't have to canvass with 10 books if you don't want to. And you don't have to submit an order yet. Like I said, ask her to put you into the next campaign to give you longer to canvass.
When I first started out, I would only leave my books 2/3 days at the most with people. You only have 20 books and you want to get around as much of your territory as you can. Plus you will naturally lose a few books, and not everyone will want to see one.0 -
OOo noooo just inputting my orders and the websites crashed!! oo dear!!
Does anyone know if you order say 4 packs of c17 brochures and 1 pack of c16 brochures do you only get charged 48p for the extra c16?
yep, just seen edit to website, which they never had before
Order in Packs of 5. Buy more and save more! Take advantage of discounted quantity pricing. Order more than 3 packs and additional packs are just 48p each. The prices below apply for brochures for the same campaign only, not a mix of campaigns.
