I did a prize draw rather than a raffle last Christmas. Put a note with every order form that everyone who placed an order would be entered into a free draw to win a gift set worth £20.

Then when it was time, put all the names in a hat, got my DS to draw one and notified the winner. Nobody else ever asked me who won, etc. Although I would have happily told them who had won so they could check for themselves.

OOo noooo just inputting my orders and the websites crashed!! oo dear!!

Does anyone know if you order say 4 packs of c17 brochures and 1 pack of c16 brochures do you only get charged 48p for the extra c16?

So sorry to hear that joosh. None of my customers have bought it, and haven't heard of anyone else.

It might have been a bad batch sample. Notify Avon by email that this customer had a bad reaction, burnt her face and had to go to the Drs. Tell them what sample it was, and if you have any more samples, the code from it, so they can check if it was a bad batch. Maybe they will send something as goodwill for the customer.

yes I am still doing the challenge, just too lazy to update my signature for last month and this month.

A mixture of things, avon, surveys, selling on ebay, mystery shopping, scratchies, bingo, selling other stuff, DH gave me some money, finding money in the street, called roadkill, etc, etc.

I think it just quotes the words brochures rather than particular brochures will be charged at x amount and other brochures at x amount.

Joosh - think you mean this one http://reviews.avonshop.co.uk/9028-en_gb/33482/avon-anew-ultimate-night-gold-emulsion-reviews/reviews.htm. Would definately refund the customer and reclaim the pot for Avon to test.

Oops, read wrongly, reclaim the packaging if she still has it.

I ordered my next campaign brochures and ordered 3 extra packs for this campaign, for which I paid £4 something, so i think you will have to pay full for the c16 brochures

Hi, I have posted on here briefly but this is the first chance I have had to introduce myself ) I have recently been a F&F avon rep but have decided to try and recanvess up to Christmas and see how I do. Thanks to all the more experienced reps for the advice and tips, it took me about four days to read them all and that was just Part 5 !!
Is anyone else having problems accessing the Avon Connects site tonight, it keeps crashing ?

Thanks just tried this now the website is back up and its charging me full price for the other campaign brochures!!!

Do people usually find c16 sells really well?
