Missythecat - when I did a raffle last year I did give out raffle tickets...bu it's personal preference. I did it so that they knew they'd been entered as a lot of the time they don't notice my special offers unless I make it glaringly obvious lol.

I've just got onto both OK. If you're trying to get on via a bookmark, try googling the websites & trying again. I had this trouble several times.

If you send aureol a pm she might be able to help you find one. If not do a search on google, or check in your local newspaper there could well be an advert in there from a local sl.

Mmm can get into the avon site, but not avonconnects.

I'm not going in to avonconnects much at the moment to be honest - have got quite a lot on my plate and keep worrying about how my customers will use it, so going to give it a miss for a while until it settles down a bit. Shame because I was quite excited about it.

C15 due in on Friday, still loads of books outstanding and not enough hours in the day. Have had bloomin' migraine since Wednesday last week so have spent half of the time in bed over the past week. Its getting a bit better now but am just a bit fed up

PS Elliebee - that border collie thread on twitter is brill, I am so silly I just love stuff like that! I like to think that our cats think in english, but just can't get the words out!

Also are there any templates anywhere for 'introductory letters?'

My first order is delivered on Friday :T - is it sad that I am so excited? I was impressed with the amount that I sold, as this was only family & friends. I have been given territory but will wait until Campaign 16 before I put the books through (currently on 15). I want to get used to it and I thought I might see what goodies are in HT for me to tempt them with.

I thought I would do a free gift with orders over £20.00 - do you think this is too much or not enough?

My ASM has been really helpful and has explained everything thoroughly which has helped as it can be very overwhelming.
