When I have a lower campaign - I always think, well it means my customers might have more money to spend next time and need to stock up on stuff!:rotfl:

Its improved marginally to around £115, will see if I pick up any more orders tonight but I'm not holding my breath! If I don't I will probably do some pre-Christmas shopping and see what I can get for people. At least then I get a discount, make HOV and get some more commission so all may not be lost. I'm still really disappointed though.

Thanks for the reply though Lozza

ps. Love your border collie twitter link ellieb, it really made me chuckle!
  • Sorry if I've missed this but I have seen a few posts about "creative ordering" but cant seem to find what it is..?

Basically it covers ordering where you benefit. Such as checking all orders against both current and back brochure so you can order from the cheapest. Or there may be a freebie or deal in the other brochure. You may have 3 customers who want 1 item @ £2.00 each in one brochure then find it at 4 for £5 in another. You order the 4 for £5 and keep the extra item for yourself (or put in a Christmas/goodie kitty). Sometimes HT can be cheaper on a current brochure (though dont forget its nett). Basically its looking at your orders, offers available in the two brochures and grouping items together to get the best deal at the best price. A face cream in one brochure may be £16 or £17 but perhaps £12 or £13 in the other one.
Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed. ;)

If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

  • Is there anyway of getting business cards done? Is there a template to follow somewhere. I think business cards look professional.
The Avon connects site is a bit hard to follow. Or is it just me?

Thanks Joosh - is there a template to follow? Do you know?
  • Also can I order early? I'm working on C16 - can I send the order before the deadline date?
  • If you are going to use Vistaprint, do it either through the topcash website(sorry I am not permitted to link) or nectar rewards as you will get extra benefits. I use Vistaprint and they are fab, my business cards look really good and I have just ordered a stamp with my name, email addy and mobile on so I can stamp the order forms.
Really pleased today as due to illness over the past six months I have only managed to do F&F but I got an order today for £52.00 !!!:j

Sort of, if you have a look on the website, there are different designs you can choose and you can insert more or less what info you want printed on the business card :)
