Well, noone has contacted me about the mystery order with no name or address (I'm guessing whoever it is is too embarrassed to own up lol) so thats going back, and the £32 order I've been chasing about is going back too...she had a note Friday night to ask her to contact me by Monday..not heard a peep so its going back. I went 3 times to deliver it, and none of the times she had the money. Ok she doesn't live far from me, but its not the point, not letting people mess me about like that, as its not the first time shes been a pain! Only problem is shes friend with a lady who lives opposite who is also a customer....well if her friend asks I'll just say I tried 3 times and couldn't deliver it, with working funny times I can't keep trying on the off chance someone is in (and got the money!)!
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

i dont know what to do for the best. im still waiting for my manager to get back to me. it will be tomorrow now as she finishs at 5pm. she said she would call this morning. i have 70 books sitting here i could be delivering if only i knew where was free. my mother in law whos doing it with me thinks we should give it up already because she feels we are getting a tough ride what with have 3 other people on the round and not being able to get any more streets. My manager has finished for the day now so i guess its tomorrow now and those 50 invoices i wrote out yesterday before i found out about the duplications will go to waste as they will have all the wrong information on. All i want is some more street names!

I feel like i'm on a roller coaster, one minute ready to give up then suddenly get onother order and then i feel on top of the world again. Have Managed to canvas 50 house so far with only 2 orders. So time to prep the small amount of books I've got left and get them back out hopefully for a few more orders as would love to reach MOV without relying on family and friends.:)

Do you have any friends in the local area? Could you ask if they have Avon delivered to their streets? If not, might be worth a little "survey" on a few doors along that road to see if they are already serviced? Not sure this is allowed (maybe one of the long standing SL's on here could advise you better). Just a thought as doesn't look like your getting any help from your upliner any time soon.
    Everyone loves a bargain

unfortunatly i dont have any friends round here. its partly the reason for doing it so i can get to know the women in the area without having to go up to them and look desperate :-). Ive never seen anyone in the street right next to me but whos to say no-one does as we have since found out!

the only reason why i will hit target is because i have an order of 15 from my partners mum and 49 from myself because its not in hello tomorrow.

hi, i'm new on here and new to avon as well. i was signed up last week and received my areas on friday. i've just got back from collecting the brochures and it seems they already have a rep that calls there. what a waste of time. what do i do now? i've left a message for the manager to call me back but she's really hard to get hold of. seems like there's quite a few others with the same problem.
    I'm an AVON lady :j

Well looks like c14 will be a bit better, got about the same amount now with still a week to go and about 10 regulars still to order as I did in c13. Only problem is I've just had to bin about 10 brochures now due to some bug infestation in them haha. Going to offer a freebie next camp, would everyone suggest over £10 or £15??

ASMs are supposed to reply within 48 hours, so give her another day. Do you have her details? And meantime, if you have any friends/family that don't order Avon, give them a book, and ask them to show it to their friends. Remind them of 90 day guarantee, free delivery, no cost to look, if they not happy, full refund and goes back, if faulty exchanged.
