Whoo email this morning from my ASM - I was top 10 for my area for C13!

(And my sales were down for C13 so everybody else must have had a rubbish campaign as well!)

Also still says that I'm on track for PC but need to do sales of @£550 per campaign to get there, so think I'm quite a way off ATM!!

Pmsl, yes oh has been sent perfume, an incense thing and a handbag...emailed to suggest they send male reps a male product or at least something unisex so they could use it...just got told he couldn't return it, which we never asked anyway lol

Wow, got back from two week holiday on Friday and it's taken me until now to catch up with the thread. We went to see OH's family in Turkey (he is Turkish) and his cousin is an Avon rep over there, so I spent ages going through their brochures and HT's and nosying at what they do. It was really interesting, and seeing as they don't speak any English it was a great way for me to communicate with her on some common ground. I found that Avon is more expensive there, and they do much more on trust i.e give out the products and collect the money later. The brochures are thinner too, and they don't have Smart Start or anything like that. She was very jealous of my Avon vanity case (which I used as my toiletry bag). Turkish women LOVE Avon so if you have any on your patch I would try and snare them!

My delivery got sent to a neighbour while I was away so managed to get all deliveries out by the weekend, and have got just this week to submit an order for Campaign 13. Am not expecting miracles, will be happy to hit HOV. Am going to have to be strict with myself as there is so much I want from HT15 (namely the leopard print stuff, the Morgan red bag, the Herve perfume etc etc).

Think I am going to do a huge recanvass soon in time to drum up interest for Christmas. What Campaign do people think would be best for this?

Missy - I'm not doing any recanvassing over the summer holidays...having a hard enough time catching regular customers in so not adding to the stress lol. I'll be starting recanvassing from about September. Usually C16 they start promoting christmas stuff a lot, which we're nearly at which is scary lol! Any issues before that, you could always do a note in the book to mention "start spreading the cost of christmas, perfumes, jewellery etc on offer pages x, get them delivered free to your door, no cost of petrol/parking, and no hassle as you can shop in the comfort of your own home".

Yes it was the Morgan one. Nope, no free delivery code as it only appeared to take one at a time

Just phoned CS and they have said the bag is OOS and that they cannot see that I put the code required in for the free cream (which if anyone is interested in just PM me, I think it is generic so should work for everyone...possibly!!!) Not sure if I can post codes on here. So anyway, I have to put in another order as they have refunded me the full amount. So I now have a spare camp14 brochure and a Herve Leger sample (which btw is lovely ) so not all bad after all...just still no bag!

Having a bit of a mare... suddenly realised this morning that I only have 10 days to push C13 to my territory and f&f on 14, and judging by some of your comments its a pretty c*ap one, C13 that is!!!

Any suggestions of what went well and what you pushed?

Ring Customer Services to 'give them some feedback'. I also got the cufflinks in my last order as an Anniversary gift. I rang back (OK I rang the PC line, which is much easier) and told them I just wanted to give them some feedback in that whilst I didn't wish to appear ungrateful and it was a really nice idea to give anniversary gifts, the cufflinks were absolutely no use to me whatsoever. (Not even any use for my OH, who never wears them either.) Avon were really understanding about it and said it was 'obviously an error' and they're sending me something else. I offered to return the cufflinks but they said just to keep them so they've gone in my 'Treasure Chest'. Hmm.... wonder if I'll get aftershave next time! :rotfl:

Just wandering if evrybody found avon hard to start. Went back out to collect in 17 books left on fri and only managed to get 4 back and no orders. Will be back out tonight to try and get the rest. Going to give the 4 books that ive got left to friends and take to work. I'm trying to keep smiling honest!!!
