ooh well done! I still cannot get my 33 month old DS to sleep through the night!

Hang in there.... my DD was 3 yrs old before she slept for 4 hours in one stint at night so maybe it's 'just round the corner' for you. Hope so, I sometimes joke that I'm still recovering from childbirth but it wasn't the birth that was the hard bit, it was the 'few years' afterwards! :rotfl:Pretty sure a lot of us will agree with that!

Yeah, like DD has forgotten how to use the potty in the two weeks we were on our hols - running short of time to get her dry for playgroup now. And how her favourite word is 'NO' and OMG, no one told me little girls scream piercingly when having a tantrum. Sorry, taking you all OT.

yes she can. The problem with the return is you have to give her a full refund, but you will only be credited "your cost" for it. So if it cost £10, you have to give her £10 and you will only be credited "eg £8", saying this off the top off my head, as I don't know how much you will be credited.

Is it possible to order her a sample only? That way you are not losing any discount.

I was surprised to find that you're only sent one sachet when you order a foundation sample though..... so anyone wanting to choose from a variety of shades can cost you £1/£1.50 in samples. I fell into that once and then realised that I had to pay for the samples (and there was no chance of getting any of the ones back that the customer didn't like/want).

Ever since I've suggested they order 'a couple' of full sized products i.e. to see which is best for them, and I just return whichever they don't want for credit (sometimes they return both:(). In the two week period from delivery to having to pay, it's usually plenty of time for them to decide what they want to keep and pay you so you don't have to fund it yourself.

one question, a customer has asked me about a foundation i know nothing about can she try it and send it back if its not to her taste. i'm not sure on some things because there returns policy seems quite good!

Now the way I would look at it is this: If she likes it you have earned some commision. If she doesnt like it you have lost nothing. If you could order a sample(if)it would cost you so deduct it from the commision and its not so great.
I would just order it for her and cross your fingers-you have nothing to lose whereas if you are reluctant you could have lost a sale.
Its exactly what I do in retail-say a customer likes 2 blouses I suggest she takes them home, thinks about it for a couple of days-tries them on with her outfits and if she decides she doesnt really like it I refund her within the refund time. Most people keep the goods!
Do "sell" on the Avon return policy-it is a great selling tool.
Im still on c13 and its rubbish up by c12 and c11 so anyone not doing great this time dont be too disheartened!
Took on a second territory already(only my 3rd campaign) and dropped off my books-have about 50 out and about 10 lost-a few more to cross out of my book this time! Hoping to pick up some nice orders on Tuesday.Have C12 and C13 books out in my new road-first half were c13 and second half were c12-all written down so Im not confused next time!

Lozza's OH got perfume or was it a handbag? Think they don't look at name, system automatically generates a gift.

I got one of those bath water floats, that has coloured lights and plays music. Gave it to a friend's very grateful DS.
