If you ask whoever signed you up they'll know, or you could pm me or another sl on here with your postcode and we can check for you.

Or you could work it out, bit long winded, but I'm k and order due in Tuesday. L is due Wednesday, j would be due Monday....no orders are due in on a weekend. So Mailplan I orders would have been due in yesterday.

I've PM'd you if you don't mind finding out for me please x

Hiya - have replied to pm's about mailplans :)

Yay, sorted through my stash box...got some bits free/v cheap from creative ordering...put some on facebook, and actually sold 2 bits that I got completely free! So got some money for nothing :) Worth trying if you're on facebook - search for a group near you for stuff thats for sale, theres a few different ones. I keep some bits for free gifts, but wanted to shift these for a few quid, as I've got plenty of cheap bits I can use as gifts.

Up until now, people who don't have internet access, or are computer afraid, have been able to submit paper orders to Avon. Going forward, Avon want to do away these, obviously costs involved, and easier and cheaper to process online orders. As well the advantage for us is you can backorder, which you cannot do with paper orders.

Thanks for the info. Know there's one rep in my town, who posts her orders in. Suppose she'll have to revert to phoning her order in, which obviously costs money. Guess that may be some more territory coming free soon then.... :)

(Sorry, if that sounds a bit callous but she's the only rep in our town that growled at me when I first started for having canvassed part of her street before she was even allocated it. I was very green back then and she was the 'experienced' one. Amazing how quickly things change, eh?)

MC- it's just new reps that it applies to. Anybody who is currently a rep and ordering by post they can continue to do so...for the time being anyway.

Wow - lots of pages to catch up on!

Just got back from my hols, fortunately my delivery (C13) went to my dad and he sent back my 2 boxes of returns (lots of flip flops etc.). So several boxes sitting in the hall that I really cant be bothered to sort yet. Found a £30 order on my doormat for C14 which is encouraging so full steam ahead for next week.

Surprisingly, I've had 2 letters from avon - the first ones in over 4 years with referrals for customers requiring a rep!! Totally unexpected particularly as my small town has lots of reps and they're not near to my territory. Feel a little nervous having to call on them as a result of them enquiring to avon for a local rep. Also you get special codes to order a freebie night cream (I think it is) with your next order as a reward from avon.

Couple of points I'd like to comment on from posts over the last few pages or so. With the note put in when canvassing, if you do have a tick box for 'already have a rep' then you immediately know that that customer uses avon products. Now who's to say that their rep wont give up sometime in the future and they will need a new one. This means you can recanvass every so often (perhaps annually) with a special custom designed note acknowledging that you know they had a rep and just checking that they still do.

With brochures, I order enough to service my 'active' customers in one fell swoop and may use them to recanvass. Reason being that although it costs me a pound or two more, once they are out and in then I know I wont be running around after avon all the time (although it feels like it!). I put them out with my orders on tuesday (or wednesday if running out of time) then pick up the following monday. After that, its up to me if I feel like recanvassing or just collecting any stragglers. Makes my life easier especially as I have to take DD (2) with me and her favourite phrase is 'one more brochure...'
Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed. ;)

If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

Yeah I do the same, buy enough to give each customer a book, even if they hardly ever order. Means I can deliver books to everyone that needs one on same day as I deliver the bulk of my orders and they can all be picked up on the same day. Granted I get my books at PC rate, but even before I was a sl this is what we did. I need about 65 books for current territory & f&f, then about 20 for oh territory on a back order. Gives me plenty spare for recanvassing if we get time. Though I'm not doing any until kids are back at school, especially as then you can promote Xmas gifts.
