I'm on c14 now so does that mean i can only order from ht15 and ht16 which are the 2 I have got anyway?

You could order from HT12 but not sure if they will give you the demo products.

I don't understand sorry :S (easily confused today! Didn't get nearly enough sleep)

Also before I forget AGAIN, what is a trendsetter? Seen the word used a few times but no idea what one is :o

Up until now, people who don't have internet access, or are computer afraid, have been able to submit paper orders to Avon. Going forward, Avon want to do away these, obviously costs involved, and easier and cheaper to process online orders. As well the advantage for us is you can backorder, which you cannot do with paper orders.

A trendsetter is someone who is able to order 2 campaigns ahead of us, ie we are on C14, and they are on C16, but they also can backorder to C14. My understanding of a trendsetter is a few areas around the country are chosen as trendsetters. Avon look at what their customers are buying to try and predict what might be trending, ie flipflops.

While I can see why Avon want reps to order online, I think it's a bad move to not do paper ordering at all. I've got one older lady, can't use a computer, so she orders through the post. There is a lot of people who might want to be a rep but not like computers, I always thought there was enough encouragement for them to order online *if* they were able with the smart start scheme.

I know saw it earlier. Just seems like it could back fire - if people could order online, they do as it's easier, so they're putting off potential new reps. And while I'll always support my reps as much as poss, I'm not going to start putting their orders in for them...if I'm ill / on holiday etc then they'd be stuck and they ought to be able to put their own orders in, but if Avon won't let newbies order by post I suppose I might have to if the case arises, as else they wouldn't be able to Avon at all which is t fair.

Quick question - I'm delivering on my first campaign (c14 but also back-ordering some c13 brochures that my SL gave me). How do I get hold of C15 brochures?
