Well, I ordered some stuff for DS's birthday online today, but as the money will not come out of my account until tomorrow at the earliest, I think I can count today as NSD number 3!!

Ummmmm...... let me think on that.......

Nah! I'll think I'll stick with the neighbours I have now thanks :rotfl:

Well done :T Just make sure you have the prescribed rest days!!!!

At least if I over-do things I'm just going to have sore legs at work, but it shouldn't lay me up for weeks.......

Aww CW, thanks for thinking about it at least.

Yes I promise, only going to do 2 days a week for now.:A

Well spotted - I'd totally missed seeing that.... I agree it's a good system, especially as there are Podcasts you can download to 'take along for the run' :)

Seems there are actually quite a few runners on here :j

    Hi lovely NSD-ers

I've finally decided on the "prizes" for this month (well it is only 11 July:o:o) and we've got a new category this month "help, I'm struggling" with an appropriate smiley.

Hope you like the smileys - the pirate one in the middle is Johnny Depp:D:D - thanks to LfV and Herby for the suggestions.

Back later for the update and well done all for today

No NSD updates for me unfortunately, but I've had a good look through the links on the first page (don't know if anyone else does this too?) and I've picked up some fabby ideas - the puddings links are brill and the ones for lunch ideas too are really good as I'm getting a bit bored of the same thing everyday for lunch so I want to vary it before I veer off track! :)

A very tired BDINI flying in to report number 5 for today, unfortunately yesterday wasn't one as i had to buy carpet shampoo after discovering the boiler man had left dirty stains all over my beautiful cream carpets upstairs that i am so anal about keeping clean :mad:
Shattered tonight after 2 solid days of cleaning up the mess he left, as well as a short stint trying to keep control of my crazy weeds & an hour with the sledgehammer, which left me feeling very hot & slightly sick.

Going to watch the 2nd half of the footy in bed & then straight to sleep i think, will catch up with all the posts tomorrow, hope everyone is well :D

    Ninth Anniversary
Hi everyone, just popping in to declare NSD 6.

It's been blowing a gale here today, had a nice lazy morning, BBQ in afternoon and now cuppa in front of the footie (and trying not to fall asleep there isn't much going on)

Tomorrow I'm treating my mum to a meal and we're going to see a play so won't be a NSD but hopefully I'll be back on track Tuesday.

Have a lovely evening everyone! x

Love the targets Spoon, I'm gonna aim for a Johnny Depp this month!! (though I really really like the 'help i'm struggling' one - I could have done with one of those last month!)

First grocery shop of the month today, not too bad really, spent about a third of our monthly allowance I think. Just a bit sad to have wasted my only afternoon off driving to the supermarket, then doing the housework - though a cheeky glass of cider and the radio on full blast made the washing up seem much more pleasureable!

All this talk of running is making me feel weary - I miss being fit :( I just cant seem to find the time at the minute, I'm struggling to ride the neddy more than twice a week due to lots and lots of overtime. Even though I'm on my feet all day at work, running round like a lunatic, its not the same as some proper exercise. I love being a DFW, and can't wait to be rid of the debts, but I do feel that quality of life suffers sometimes because I can't say no to overtime any more :(
Trying to jump back onto the moneysaving wagon ....
