  • What's all this rain talk?? Its still hot as the devils armpit here!

:rotfl: Still warm here but a few clouds today.weathersun.gif

Would like some rain as our grass is starting to look like straw! It's really affecting DHs business as he can't cut grass if it's not growing!

Kids are in the pool, DH is watching the Grand Prix and I'm not going anywhere so declaring NSD 5 now.

Won't be an NSD tomorrow as a cheque is due to come out of my account. TBH I haven't a clue what it was for :o...........must check it out.

    Smell you later...........

Moneypenny if I can chip in, my IT guys at work wouldn't touch Ipad with a very long bargepole, too new and interestingly too inconvieient, quite difficult to use to with regards to position, you either have to hold it like a book to read or have it flat which is not an ideal working position. and can I just say these guys are IT gadget junkies and I tend to listen to them cos they are pretty good.

OK that's the one I need to hang on to... thanks P Diddy
Grrrrrrrrrrr I am really peeved (O and Good Morning all!!)

On Friday up to 7pm I had a NSD... even though I went to the clothes party and ordered a dress - I don't have to pay for it until I get it. Then I get a phone call from Mr Looloo. He had just left work and guess what......... ran out of petrol. So I had to drive to petrol station purchase can (5.99) fill it up (6.90) so NOT impressed!

Saturday was a spend day as I knew it would be school fete and lunch out.

Today at work and going to make it a NSD if it kills me - got my own lunch with me and got stuff out for supper later from the freezer...... so all good

    xx

oooooo wicked wicked man, did he not pay you back? If he does I'd count it as a nsd.

Grandson decided he didn't like the fantastic mr fox, then didn't eat the happy meal grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr bless him he fell asleep in the car, I think the weather is getting to him

I'm staying in now till my gentleman friend arrives to take me to the movie later.

Have a good one all

No NSD for me today - was meant to go out last night (would have moved to today as most of it was after midnight) but all we ended up doing was playing Singstar and watching Family Guy! So, I took advantage of this and got bits I needed (well, the DVD and CD are cos I'm running low and I REALLY wanted them and they were 3 quid each) and did shopping...I now have enough to get me through except for salady bits later in the week :D

Tomorrow is back to normal ....

declaring now, anything we need, we can't get, so that's another one for the Dopey one.

weather, my petals, has been atrocious here, blowing a gale, coming down in stair rods, next one who complains about the sunny conditions gets a bat with Mrs I's pole.

mass break out of trench foot at T in the Park, not to mention several spikings by errant brollies, my DN is absolutely miserable as all his pants are now officially wet..........

    Hi all NSD'ers :hello:

Still sweltering in the heat here but wanting to clock in with number 8 because I'm at work with no money, no unexpected offerings of baccy from workmates due so am confident I won't be spending today :). need to check in early as I may miss out later as I've got to deal with getting rubbish out for collection tomorrow which also involves making sure my escape artiste dog doesn't escape LOL (which is always tried on bin bag day!!!! maybe because it's also a Sunday and many bags have Sunday dinner remains in them??) (Not mine LOL)

Got the next couple of days off as I'm not doing the night shift tomorrow and want some raaaaiiin!!! Could someone send theirs Northampton way please???:rotfl:

It finally happened! My first July NSD yesterday! :j

I've probably set my challenge a bit too difficult for my first month, but I'll continue like this and see how well I can do. Can I change my target to 5 instead? Any more than that will be a bonus :)

I have more of an idea of what I'm letting myself in for for next month now though :)

Well done on your first NSD d3:T I found that coming in here every day and getting more aware of possible pitfalls really helped me. I got fed up with being caught out by needing rizlas and getting leccy and petrol on different days. this last couple of months i have got much more aware of how I spend rather that what I spend if you know what I mean.

Also the tip about not taking cash or cards with me when I go out has really helped ;)

Right best get back to work :D

See you all later or tomorrow, enjoy the rest of Sunday

    Byeeeee :hello:
